Happy I Joined
Easy to complete forms and response is usually quick. So nice to get that check in the mail.
The only complaint I have is I had a problem with getting paid for forms I mailed in. Tried several times to contact company to see why my forms were not processed but never got a response.
Have had no problems at all when I upload or email my forms on the computer.
I don't know how they do it but I love getting their checks . So happy I joined.

I would give them a 5 star but my complaint is it takes too long to get the rebate check and also the slip with the check doesn’t give enough info. such as what store or item the rebate is for.

Definitely a VIP service!
NorthstyleViP lives up to it’s name of making me feel like a VIP. Discounts on Northstyle and other VziP discounts and also rebates on other websites. Applying is easy now especially since you can submit more than one rebate request with out logging out and going back in. My only complaint is the site does not remember your password - have to type it every time when logging in. Very fast with checks for rebates, too! Appreciated!

Problems with 2 items
I recently ordered a green sweater with one button, and had to move the button up about a.25 inches for it to hang right. On the sleeveless blouse that I ordered the left side was about 3/8 in. longer than the right side. As I am a seamstress I was able to fix both, but there seems to be a lack of quality control.

I love NorthStyle VIP! Customer service is generally very responsive. One thing that could make it better would be to have the rebates auto deposited instead of depending on USPS to correctly deliver checks.

Your clothing is very stylish and well made, but your customer service is poor.
It takes forever to receive and when both pieces were too small, I returned them on your label. I had asked for a larger size for one of them. On the other, I requested a refund. That was at least three weeks ago, but I’ve heard nothing.
Your merchandise is great but your customer service is terrible.

The system does what it advertises
This is a good system for getting some cash back on certain purchases. You have to do a little hunting around to find which stores are included (perhaps a better index could be available) but if you are buying enough--about $300/month--will break even on the 5% back. Beyond that it is just a simple application process to request the refunds. From what I've found the people managing the requests are efficient and the whole process is reasonable fast. We've been happy with it and so far are staying ahead of the game.
