Hired 3T moving truck. Truck was crap. Holes in the floor. Lift platform only went up/down, no angle adjust, so permanently on angle so was dangerous with fridge or tall items. Tank was not full when I collected. Not at all like the images on the site.

I was very impressed with the level of service provided by the onsite staff and the condition of the vehicle.

From the booking to the end was very easy to negotiate and the staff were at all times very good at their job and very personable.

Online booking was smooth, great service. Will use again and again

I rented a Toyota Corolla hybrid with this company.

When the car was picked up it was in a very bad state with many dents and damage to windscreen. I questioned the staff member on the pick up and he confirmed the entire car was photographed, so no problems with going head and renting the car.

One week later returned the car in the exact same condition and was charged $1937 for a windscreen repair.

You will see on the attached pictures both the pickup picture with the damage already present and the return picture with the same damage.

I'm now trying to receive a reimbursement but no one answer the phone and the communication is all on very blunt e-mails.

Rent from someone else.

They let us drop the vehicle back late it was so easy

This is the second time we have used Northside whilst visiting Perth and it won’t be the last! Reasonable rate, extremely efficient service and all the people we dealt with were lovely and made the whole process easy. They had a recall on the car we were given so we had to exchange cars after a couple of days this was done very smoothly and quickly. Hassle free. Been hiring cars all over the world for over 50yrs and they are the best!

Prices where much better than other hire places. Staff were friendly and helpful. Long term hire of a van for business use. Services that were required for van were orginized by the company and fitted in with my business needs.
I would recommend Northside Rentals .

Excellent company to deal with. car is nice and clean. price is very good. I've used after hour collect with no trouble. No sure why some review is poor. Likely fake reviews. bond refunded overnight. They even give me a free lift back to the airport. definitely will use again.

So many things went wrong with our booking from start to finish.
1. I booked a 12 seater van at the Greenwood office. To be told it was booked at the Welshpool office. Luckily I personally checked before trip commenced otherwise this would have delayed the start of our trip.
2. Not told of $1000 bond.
3. Signed Contract not emailed through as promised.
4. Child anchor points not found. Couldn’t get through to office to find them. Hence, we then had to take separate vehicles after journey commenced to pick family up who were to travel in the bus.
4. No manual in hired vehicle to find them.
5. No manual meant we couldn’t find release latch to fuel tank to refuel. Luckily we found someone who did.
6. Over charged on kilometres that weren’t used on the trip by mistake and funds taken out the account without email or notice.
Overall, very disappointed.

Excellent service. Fast and efficient. They are friendly and attentive. I recommend them.

As we were doing the remote Gibb River Road, I booked this car with a request to gave a second spare tyre provided. This was confirmed to me when I booked at additional cost which was acceptable.

24 hours before collection, I received notification that the second spare could not be provided. At that late stage, I could do nothing but accept that with the applicable fee reduction.

If I had known that this was going to happen, I would not have booked the car.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the 12-seater van we rented was absolutely disgusting!!! The guy even mentioned it had been used at the mines, and it looked like it had never been cleaned. I was furious. I rented this van to take my family, including a newborn and toddlers, around Perth for their holiday, and it was filthy and embarrassing. Our clothes were stained from the seats, so it honestly felt like we’d also done a shift at the mines. Totally unacceptable.

Great company to deal with. I had to extend my rental at least 3 times with no issues. Would definitely hire a car from them again!

Our vehicle had only done 35,000 kms, so was perfectly reliabe and economical. The staff were very pleasant. The free Broome airport shuttle was quick and had lots of space for our luggage.
Online booking was simple.
I would thoroughly recommend booking a vehicle with Northside Rentals.
