TERRIBLE same as everyone else. CANNOT return the product and cannot find any way to contact them. has anyone succeeded???? product not as described

Wish I'd seen this site before now! Same as others--ordered two products as Christmas gift, arrived the week AFTER Christmas, and CAN NOT GET a response for my refund request despite them being unopened, unused and unwanted. I know better than to buy something without researching reviews thoroughly but I didn't, or would have found many pointing out the crappy quality. This isn't a company, it's a SCAM.

They clearly advertise “Hassle-Free Returns”. This is a lie. There is no place on this site to initiate a return and no phone number provided to speak with customer service. This is the biggest hassle I’ve encountered from a business in a long time. They’re definitely going to make your life painful if you want to return the three wallets you received AFTER Christmas was over.

Don't buy anything from these crooks. Ordered December 14th, then on December 17th they told me my order had shipped and would arrive between December 29th and January 6th (already completely crazy). Today is January 14th, 31 days after ordering, and no delivery, no news, no nothing. I've had better experiences ordering stuff on eBay from China (I live in Denmark)

I ordered a key-chain from NORMEST (of unbelievably poor, cheap quality) that took about three weeks to ship. From where, who knows. It was my misfortune that I decided that I didn't want to keep it since it was a birthday gift and the person didn't need it.
I have filled out their so-called Return form (the only way to initiate a return and refund) on their website four times, no one ever responded to me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They never responded to them either and the BBB has, as of 1/11/24, closed my complaint and referred me to the FTC and my Attorney General's office. I will be filing a fraud complaint with the FTC. In the meantime, I'm left with a garbage key-chain from a scam company that has zero intention of giving me a penny back. DO NOT do business with this company. I only wish I had read the reviews beforehand!

Really poor quality material, I've been using it for just 2 Days and the corners are worn "white" already. Also very difficult to slide out cards. Real disappointment. I should have checked these reviews before ordering.

Just like everyone else is saying, this company is a scam! The wallet is cheaply made and they give you no way to return on their website nor have they answered the three emails I’ve sent!

I order the AirTag Bifold Wallet - Premium Leather × 1 Walnut Brown as a present for my son. He decided he didn’t like that the wallet did not have a bill compartment. Therefore I decided to return it.
I tried to do it through the Request Return Online Account. However, every time I enter my email it doesn’t seem to recognize it. I’ve tried creating a new password but I get a message that I haven’t made any purchases!!
I’ve tried asking for help through the “Contact Us” link 3 times but no one has responded yet.
It would be great if someone in the company contacted me to solve this matter

Cheap quality. Not worth a fraction of its cost. Cannot get customer service help to return wallet for a refund. It’s a sham and ripoff.

If I could give a zero, I would. The wallet is crap. I bought it as one of my son's Christmas gifts and have tried to get a return started and there is no such thing on their site, even though they state "hassle free returns" the link just takes you to purchase wallets. What a scam. Why is this company still in business with numerous horrible reviews? Stay away far away from Normest!

return process is the opposite of hassle-free. Going to contact BBB and Florida consumer affairs. Horrible company - avoid at all costs!

NOT LEATHER, very smelly plastic product. Unable to get anyone to reply to online attempts and not phone number. Do not buy....very cheap

Cannot return my order. Wallets seem okay (not the quality indicated). No responses to emails or their web form.

ordered the wallet 1 hour later i figured out the airtag wont work with my samsung phone so i emailed them and explained to them my situation and didnt want the wallet i emailed them 3 times with no response back filed a dispute with my credit card company and also going to file a complaint with the attorney generals office and the BBB this company needs to be stopped

It’s not leather.
At least you get a wallet.
An overpriced wallet.

And no response from customer service. The return policy is just a lie.

i wrote to them twice and NEVER got a email nor a call back when i ordered 2 hours before... there is no phone number to reach them, only a form you fill.... this is the WORST customer service after sale there is.

Terrible Product. Cheap quality and a scam. As many others have said, no response to any request to return. I disputed the charge and thankfully the credit card company returned my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
