We received delivery of our garden furniture yesterday 31/03/26. The product was well packed and received in good order, the product itself if of very good quality and well made. We are delighted with it. Our experience was very good and would definitely recommend this Company.

Amazing value for money
Amazing value for money, good quality Teak and well finished off garden table and chairs. The delivery man was very friendly and know about the care required to keep the furniture in good condition.

Arrived on pallet - assembly required
Bench arrived on pallet (which will have to be disposed of ) . I must admit I thought it would have arrived assembled . The wooden dowels supplied are a very tight fit and difficult to line up .

We’re sorry to hear the assembly wasn’t as straightforward as expected. Some light assembly is required, and while the dowels are designed to be a snug fit for strength and longevity, we understand they can be a little tricky to line up.
For a smoother experience, we do offer a home assembly service which we would highly recommend, allowing everything to be set up for you without the hassle.

The delivery driver you were referring to is a courier from Palletways. We do recommend opting for our home assembly service when ordering, as this ensures your furniture is fully assembled and set up in your space without any hassle.

Great garden furniture
The furniture arrived when stated .The furniture is of a great standard as promised. There was a bit of putting together of the table which could have been easier to do if there was some instruction!.The delivery driver would not help me move the 55kg table top to the rear of my property.Be prepared to also get rid of the pallet it all comes on.All said the product is great.

Delivery at 9pm not ideal
Delivery at 9pm not ideal. The driver, however, did a good and swift job of putting the bench together. It looks ideal and seems very sturdy as expected.

Table well made, we are delighted with it
Excellent quick delivery with a very helpful driver. Good communication. The table is well made and solid and we are delighted with it. Couldn't find any instructions for putting it together but it was very easy and straightforward so not a problem. Would definitely buy from them again.
