Its an absolute scam and shame on them

Its an absolute scam and shame on this company for stealing peoples money. It comes with a 30 day refund window, it will work PERFECTLY during this 30 day window, AS SOON AS 30 DAYS ARE UP it stops working. They obviously put resources into making it work as long as people can get their refund but the second that's over they pull those resources. I paid for the year specifically to play world of warcraft at a high level on Oceanic servers but competing a lot on US servers, without Nord VPN this was impossible as it would be too laggy, so bought their year service and it allowed me to play on US servers at a highly competitive level, THE VERY DAY the 30 day refund window expired I could no longer play on this US servers, it was too laggy. It is beyond imagination to try to think that it worked perfectly for 30 days and then stops working as soon as the refund window expires is coincidence or anything other than just a straight up scam.

So far i haven't had any issues

So far i havent had any issues with my pc or phone security but thats the point. I think the program runs fairly efficently and does it job correct. The prices for this VPN are not too bad either. I will update this if something changes. God is good.

App has become complete garbage!

App has become complete garbage!! I used to set my Nordvpn and it stayed working fine. Then a year ago they did some update, now it crashes all the time (just did again right now) but the kill switch doesnt work and it’s a huge hassle trying to log in again. I contacted support and every time it’s uninstall + reinstall product. They need to fix these glitches or at least let me install the old version that didn’t crash consistantly

Should be 4 stars.
Some web sites kike DRUDGE will still show ads.
Giving you credibility that somehow they see through what you do to display an ad.

Everything else works just fine.
Lots of other options to be apart of as well.

i purchased Nord VPN in november 2025

i purchased Nord VPN in november 2025. I have since had problems with the e mail i used to register with and have ceased using it. I have not been able to use the Nord VPN system since as i cannot contact anyone for help in altering the e mail address so consequently i have wasted my money.

BEWARE - Extortionate Autorenewal Price Hikes!

Service has been fine but the renewal prices are absolutely extortionate:

July 19, 2024. 2-year Ultimate plan £134.40.
July 5, 2026. 1-year Ultimate plan £264.82

The auto-renewal was turned on (by default) and the money was taken for the renewal. As this isn't my first subscription they claimed I couldn't get a refund.
I contacted support and they said "check your email - you should have had an email with the renewal price increase within the last 30 days"!
I quoted the UK's consumer "14‑day cooling‑off period (distance selling) laws" (which applies to digital services) and managed to get a refund.
My advice - turn off the auto-renewal!
I really don't like these sorts of bad selling practices!
