I bought the "laser" hat, used it as described for 6 months and noticed no difference.

They claim to have 272 diodes but that number seems inflated. As for lasers, it looks like most diodes are LEDs.

Very disappointed.

Still waiting for my refund though submitted all pictures and record company asked.

The product did re-grow my hair, but it dyed it blonde. I used the product for three months and did get results but my hair changed color and that was not acceptable. About one month after I stopped using it my hair started to thin. I used the product for another two months and my hair started growing again but blonder than before. I wrote to the company to get an explanation but the company never replied. I've decided to get an implant instead, though it's more expensive it's a permanent solution and I can keep my gray hair.

I have seen no results from the product and when I asked to have the guarantee honored, my request has been being analyzed for weeks now.

I think you’re quick at taking peoples money but when things go wrong you don’t really want to know. I reached out to you about having an allergic reaction to stem cell treatment. I ended up with a very scabby itchy scalp when I asked you to get in touch, you offered me a consultation but that never happened. I tried to contact you many times since but you don’t ever reply and as to your promise of money back that is a joke I’m never asked you for a refund because you just are not interested in anything but taking money from your clients Fred war

I had a subscription issue, I raised my concern and within a matter of hours I was contacted and issued a refund, my experience with customer service was very helpful and good.

This company is a scam as all the other reviews have indicated. They are from china and they won’t refund you for their cheap, ineffective products. Their customer service is slow to respond and unwilling to help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is 100% a scam business

Once you jump through all their hoops, they'll ghost you and won't honor their money-back guarantee. The product sucks, does nothing. In fact, it makes it worse.

Tried to cancel my order after reading these reviews of the battery not lasting. They are dropshippping the item from China. My bank says they are based in Montreal. They use a Scandinavian name nordic which obviously means Denmark, Sweden, Norway to trick people into believing the item isn't some Chinese rubbish. I will be sending it back (if it ever arrives) after I asked them to cancel the order they also blocked my email. I now get mailer daemon emails back!! Lovely

Finally found something that actually regrows hair! I use the 2.0 formula and the red light and started showing results after 2 months

I've been using it for one month and am experiencing significant improvements and new hair growth. I'm also shocked to see my new hair returning to its natural down color from my current gray. Praying the good news keeps on coming!

very poor customer service , no one responds tried to cancel subscription written many emails no response. i will dispute the charges with credit card company.

Using the laser cap at night has honestly become my wind down ritual. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and feels more premium than I expected when I opened the box. I knew results would take time, but the reduced shedding alone already makes this feel worth it. Everything arrived in clean, well designed packaging and the instructions were very clear.

The product burned my scalp and my hair did not grow. I told them to stop sending the product but they made 4 more shipments. Finally, they stopped and after months of haggling they offered a return address (that they provided). This company is a Chinese Scam. They go under the names of Nordic Labs, Nordic Biolabs, Scandinavian Labs, but they are in China. I spoke with a girl named Hannah and the process dragged on and the BS continued. When I sent the products back to the address she provided, by Certified USPS for $72.00, the tracking number showed it delivered yet they claim it wasn't and won't give a refund. Avoid this SCAM. Worst company ever product doesnt work and there is no way to cancel. Tired several times to contact them no response.

They just keep charging your credit card and send you some products which you have not ordered. No response from the support team, sent number of mails to email id but no response. No customer support telephone number. This is a fraud & scam

I would give 0 rating. I purchased this hair growth product after seeing their bold advertising claims and “money-back guarantee.” Unfortunately, the product did absolutely nothing for me, even after following all the instructions exactly. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they didn’t honour their guarantee and instead tried to push more discounted products on me.
This is extremely misleading and feels like a scam. If a company can’t stand behind its own promises, that says everything about the effectiveness of the product. I would not recommend this to anyone—save your money and look elsewhere.

For one they could have better instructions on how to use product. So lame make sure your head is dry h put on top your head rub in. After 5 days alternate.with peptides . . .after the day is thru can I wash my hair? Am I not suppose to wash my hair at all . Have customer service or care be available I had to search the web for you. Have a you tube video. I signed up for buying product that comes with a 14 day supply. They ask if I wanted a new letter subscriptions. Nathan billed me 4 more times for 288.00 now Im having problem with the refund. Nthe 120 days refund they didn't have or tell you what you need to do before you buy the product. It didn't work at all for me and I want all my money back. But they make you jump thru loops just to get it .SCAM.ANOTHER HAIR SCAM
