I do not recommend buying from this company. I received the product, opened only the outer box seal to check it, and realized it wasn’t suitable for me. I then requested a return.
Even though the product was barely handled, they claimed that opening the packaging meant it could no longer be considered new. Because of this, they apply a penalty by cutting nearly half of the refund amount.
On top of that, you are also required to pay the return shipping cost yourself. This makes the whole return process unfair and very frustrating. I would not trust this seller.
