It is not the same pillow as on the…

It is not the same pillow as on the video. Cheap and very soft China crap .. and I paid 500 for it 🤬. Don't buy it. I certainly regret not checking trust pilot before buying.

What you describe doesn't sound like our pillow. The Drømpod is made from firm memory foam and is designed not to sink in, so a very soft pillow is not what you should have received.

We'd really like to help you with this. Please send us an email at service@drompod.dk with your order number and a few photos showing what's wrong with the pillow. As soon as we've seen it, we'll send you a new one for free.
