Ordered on Dec 16 and still waiting. No information on when it should arrive. No communication with customer. NOT happy and will not buy another product from them

Absolutely love it. It takes less time to curl my hair then with a curling iron or flat iron.

Ordered this December 19th and have not received it or any updates. I have written to them three times with no answer. Very upset about this. Trying to get my money back

This product did not work with my hair. I let my sister use it to see if I was using it incorrectly and she had no results either.
When trying to return it, Norastyler asked for a video. This is a huge privacy issue. The only resolve offered by the company is store credit. Why would I go through all these issues again?

There was great communication at every step of the process. The product came pretty quickly...especially given that it was during the holidays. and it works great. i have been looking for something that isn't heavy in my hand. And it makes carrying multiple tools unnecessary. I can just take the pieces I expect to use on my trip without having to bring a separate suitcase for my hair tools.

I placed an order on December 13th and paid extra for next day shipment. I still have not received the package. I sent two emails to their info email address and have received no reply. The phone number they’ve listed does not work. Very poor customer service and no follow-up.

It took 26 days to receive shipment.
It took way too long compare what they advertised 5-7 working days. Now i am trying to contact to return with no success. From every email that I sent i am getting automated email from customer care team that they will get back to me within 1-2 business days.
Their products are bad quality, cheap looking. Boxes that they came were bended on the corners, definitely not good to give as a present. if you don't want to go through problems returning or get products less in than 4 weeks, don't buy it. Go for reputable brand. I regret to go through hassles with them.

Just used my new Nora Blowdryer/styler and it was great. Light, easy to use and works great. I have short hair and it gave me body.

Received the Nora Styler. It's terrible! One setting burns your hair, the lower setting has no heat!
You can only return it if you didn't use it! You have to pay for return shipping!
You don't get your money back! Only credit to buy more crap from them!

I like the Nora Styler, because it makes my hair routine a faster process. Instead of blow drying with multiple brushes then setting up the curling iron to finish, I was able to accomplish it all in one step, cutting my routine time significantly. I will say that I thought the curling irons and brush attachments would spin, so I'm a little disappointed, as that is not the case. If they are not going to spin, why are there 2 identical curling irons? The advertising was also misleading in stating a $49 price, which was not true, not even when purchasing the "two for" deal. They need to clean up the advertising.

The airwrap DOES NOT WORK!! This is a 100% scam and not returnable, only store credit, if you try it. It’s utter rubbish.

Terrible customer service. I still do not have my product that was to arrive by Christmas. The “shipping updates” are a joke. And buyer beware, they act like they ship from the USA, but do not. I offered for them to just stop shipment when I realized it would not make it on time (only a label had been created) despite having placed the order on Dec. 8. Responses have been sub-par if any at all. Save yourself the time and money and stay away from this company. Read other reviews. If I ever receive the product, it is clear it will cost me more to ship back at my expense and try to jump thru the return hoops than the product is worth. Total scam!

I bought one for my daughter and I for Christmas and it was one of th best purchases. So fast and great curl. We both love it!

What a wonderful experience I have had with this hair dryer and accessories. My first experience was fun but now using it every day makes morning easy again

I have about 4 bulky hair tools and recently got rid of a curling iron that burned me countless times.

I tried Nora Styler for the first time within this week and instantly fell in love. It is SO lightweight and easy to use. I even had ro demonstrate for my husband because I was so excited!

I travel for work on a weekly basis and will definitely be making a video on how much I adore using this product.

Horrible experience so far. I received this product it does not work. The pieces don't click in like they are supposed to, cheaply made and too hot to touch not to mention there is a black residue that comes off the curling tools. I have been trying to return it since I am still in my window and keep getting the run around. There is no way to contact them except email. They have an address in NY but the product took forever to get and came from overseas I believe china. It is so cheaply made and not worth it at all. Save your time and money go buy a shark or dyson and get something that will last and works. Next step is to fight this with my credit card since the company claims to have a 60 day return policy but wont honor it.

I love the Norastyler! I really wanted a Dyson Airwrap but just couldn't afford it. I saw this and the results these girls were getting and so I clicked immediately to "add to cart!" I got it a few days ago and I have been loving the dryer and the attachments, especially the curler! It curls my very long hair beautifully and the curls stay! No more burning my hand on curling irons--this is easier and even looks better!
