I lodged a BBB complaint and lost my cool via email with the company and was finally refunded.
Would never order from them but I did finally get a resolution after too many emails to count.
I do think they post fake reviews to boost their profile.

Curl brush attachment broke about 45 days. Can't really use it anymore that was the attachment I used.

I am constantly getting a monthy charge and the company will not t It Off I am thinking of going out on social media and telling everybody about this company because it is not right what they are doing to people. I bought 2 of these in September and have been getting monthy membership charges since. This customer service sucks

I had purchased the 5-1 hairstyler but it broke on my 2nd attempt with a different attachment that I can’t use for my long hair. I’m in process for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this product to my worst enemy.

Ordered two 5 in 1 stylers for Christmas gifts and they were never delivered! Emailed the company several times no response. Tried calling the number provided that is also disconnected. This is a scam!!!!! Very frustrating I was robbed no customer service support.

The website doesn’t exist! I received mine after 3 weeks of ordering and don’t like it as the barrel only goes one direction and it didn’t curl my hair as advertised. I went to request a refund as advertised with the “60day refund policy” and no one replies to the email address your given to request it! When you try going to their website, the domain is up for grabs!! SCAM!! Don’t buy it!!

Worst service and product ever!! They deserve ZERO stars. I ordered my Norastyler and it took six weeks for them to deliver it. When I finally received, it was damaged. The product is also very cheaply made and does not work well at all - junk. They have no phone number for customer service, just an email address. I contacted them ten different times about returning it, and they completely ignored me and eventually blocked me so I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company to get my money back. They are total scammers! If you're smart, you'll take my advice and stay far away from these rip-off artists.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a Nora Styler for a birthday present on Dec 12, 2025 I still have not received it. Emails to customer service go unanswered now the emails are being returned as undeliverable. 2/8/2026.

Ordered on December 27th, and as of today, I have not received my order! Sent several emails to them asking for tracking information. No word from customer service. Found on their website, a way to tracking however, I get an error "page cannot be found". Out of money I spend. Placed a dispute claim on my credi card trying to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

So I ordered the Nora styler. I thought I was ordering two stylers and two cases. by mistake I ordered three stylers. I connected have them immediately and they told me they could not change my order once I get the order contact them and they will help me return it well a month later and 10 emails the boxes had come all bent up and I did send them pictures. I was going to donate a styler to a veterans tricky tray. All I wanted was to return one.to them and they never responded back. So their customer service is very unprofessional. The styler is OK. I only opened one.

Biggest piece of junk and total waste of money. Company ignores emails and forget about getting a refund. Based in china. This product is extremely CHEAP

Seriously the worst customer service experience. I’ve waited weeks for the 5 in 1 styler hoping it would work similarly to my Dyson, though I didn’t not expect perfection. It didn’t. When it finally arrived it was as cheap as I should’ve expected but it did the basics. I would’ve been fine to just return and not think more about it. But not only did no one answer my repeated emails sent weeks apart, but when I finally commented on a fb post that I wanted to return my item (I didn’t say it rudely but was just trying to contact someone), I was immediately blocked. I again emailed but this time I was livid. This is an expensive product- most people struggle to make ends meet, and consider this price a deal for what it is. I have yet to be contacted about my return request even though it has now been 5 emails over 4 weeks.

Love the norastyler! Customer service not so much. I have emailed twice asking if I can get a replacement because two of the attachments will not stay locked and no one will get back to me.
I have naturally curly hair so I don’t use the styler often (maybe 6 or 7 times total since I’ve had it).
Again, love how the product works on my hair, just disappointed in customer service and maybe quality of materials used to manufacture the product.

My husband ordered this for my Christmas present. It took so long to come that I ended up getting something else. I have tried emailing them twice to get a refund. That is their policy to request a refund within 60 days. I have gotten no response and there isn't a phone number. I opened the styler & I am not impressed. Cheaply made & the hair dryer doesn't get hot. It would take me an hour to dry my hair with that.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a 100$ order for a Christmas present and never received it and when I reached out they just ignored me after I explained the issue. I’m still trying to get in contact but am still being ignored. Do not buy from them!

I ordered this as a gift, and while the product didn’t perform as expected, that’s honestly the least of my problems. What really pushed this over the edge was their so‑called “customer service.” In reality, there is no customer service.
I reached out through their “Contact Us” link — the only way to get in touch — and after three weeks and FOUR emails, I still haven’t received so much as an automated reply. Nothing. It’s unbelievable that a company can take your money and then completely ignore you when something goes wrong.

At this point, I’m beyond frustrated. If a company can’t be bothered to respond to a single customer after multiple attempts, why should anyone trust them? I would never order from them again, and I strongly suggest others think twice before doing so.

The product was so cheaply made that I would not ever use this product on my hair. Don't be fooled by their return policy. The address on their website states they are in New York. When I requested a return, they said I would need to return it to China. The cost of shipping would well exceed the cost of the product. Lesson learned.

I ordered the styler and the protective case for an extra $24 I have received nothing and have gotten no updates on the shipping. I have sent four emails to tell them this at their email of info@ noristyler.com there have been no responses from them.

I want the styler and box or a full refund if they would respond I will give them my order number for them to look me up.

I never received my item and had to go through my bank to get a refund. Not a trustworthy company.
