I only ordered 1 time and did not sign up for any subscription or renewal. My credit card was just charged on June 5 for $72.00. I called the # and was disconnected after waiting 5 min. I got a email the same day saying the the subscription was cancelled and will not longer be billed for future renewals. I paid for the order I first received months ago but did not sign up for a subscription. This is a trick to get more money when you only order 1 time.

I love this product. I was losing my hair due to medication I take by a Dr. it started making me lose my hair in the middle of head. How tragic right?
