I uploaded all required proof already (payment confirmation, screenshots, and references).
The seller is still denying receipt, and the moderator keeps asking me for repeated video proofs.

I need this case escalated urgently because I have already provided enough evidence that the payment was made.
Please review the transaction in your system and confirm why the seller has not released my crypto.

I'm loosing my money to scammers in this noonse. I bought coins yesterday and I marked paid before time expired I uploaded all my possible proof to the seller and he went offline coming to tell me today he hasn't received any penny this hurts. I started a dispute since yesterday no moderator to hear my cry this really painfull. Noonse have a poor customer service I think moderators work with scammers in this app. Since yesterday I uploaded all possible proof but no moderator is helping me out

Best app ever with Best customer service, which they never disappoint their customers. my fund was hang couple days ago and I complained to Ciara, Ava, MIya and Charlie. Their customers service agent and they told me to hang it there that my complain would be solved and in few days later it solved all thanks to Ciara, Ava, MIya and Charlie. I tried to exchange USDT to Wise through their platform. After I placed the order, the seller claimed the payment was already sent. When I asked for a screenshot as proof, they ignored me. I waited over 2 hours—still no payment.

I opened a dispute and waited more than 5 hours with no live support response at all. Finally, when I told the seller I would leave a bad review, they suddenly canceled the trade and said “sorry.” This shows clear scam activity and zero accountability from the platform.

👉 No payment received, no support, and the seller got away without consequences.
👉 Very unprofessional and disgusting service.
👉 Never trust this exchange—avoid at all costs!

Noones Team has the best customer service personnel's and I was so happy how all my issues were resolved by TIFF (#302869). Tiff is the best. So compassionate, understanding, patient and hardworking.

I use Noones specifically as a buyer of gift cards (Amazon gift cards). Unfortunately, my experience has been very negative. Several times, sellers provided me with already used codes, and when I opened a dispute, the situation always ended the same way: moderators asked for additional evidence that simply cannot be obtained.

Amazon, as a platform, does not provide detailed information such as the exact time or date of redemption. The only confirmation a buyer can get is the screen showing “Already redeemed.” I submitted such proof, but it was considered “insufficient.” As a result, sellers get paid, and the buyer is left unprotected.

This is a systemic problem:
• buyers cannot provide more evidence than Amazon itself gives;
• moderators ignore the only available proof;
• sellers exploit this loophole by reselling used codes.

Unless Noones changes its dispute policy, the platform cannot be considered safe for purchasing gift cards. At the moment, buyers are left without real protection, and I will be forced to stop using Noones if nothing changes.

Noones hasn’t been a safe place selling your gift cards anymore. You have recording video starting from start of a trade and buyers will rip your card saying it’s a second hand card whiles you’ve checked it card balance and shows card is active with balance . They will will be the first people that will be granted dispute first. I have won all my video recording dispute for the past years from Paxful before Noones. Noones has been a total damage and killed hopes. I believe it’s safe selling your gifts a cards anymore. I have video evidence but yet lost

Poor customer service

Don’t ever attempt P2P on this platform. I did a p2p trade and I was misled by the seller as he kept asking me to connect with him outside. Not knowing it was a trap for me to ask him for his number after I sent him $267. He mislead me and I got banned permanently without even given a chance to appeal. It is unfair

He ripped me off my xbox gift card of $50.... Please avoid this website if you can.. People like this is what is given noones a bad reputation. They rip you off after few transactions and nothing can be done. The user is forcing me to cancel the trade,

i have been logged out a week now!!!

Good app & customer service

The noones app is okay but the charges are too much high with noones card. Every card top-up charge is 2 USD which it quite high. They also charge cross border fees of 3% + 0.50 flat USD when we transact outside the US. So, I recommend to use other app which has comparatively low charges. Most importantly their card also has no 3D secure features.

It's a great and amazing job they are doing I love noones and im willing to work and trade under the company with great honor and honest heart too
