Can’t fault nooks saunas. Staff amazing and so cheap for what you get it’s helping me be calmer and fits in my back yard so well couldn’t recommend them enough

I’m very happy with my 1-person Core infrared sauna from Nook. It’s simple to use and fits perfectly on my patio, protected from the rain and direct sunlight.
The service was excellent from start to finish—from my initial phone enquiry, through ordering, to being kept well informed about delivery. The delivery and assembly team were also very friendly and professional.
I would definitely recommend choosing a Nook sauna.

When a logistical issue arose with the original delivery date, Sarah and Kenneth were upfront and honest about the situation. Rather than making excuses, they took full accountability—something I particularly appreciated. In an era where so many e-commerce businesses seem to lose interest the moment you've checked out, it was refreshing to see a team stand by their word and focus on the solution.

On the rescheduled date, Kenneth arrived exactly on time and set up the sauna by himself without any issues. It is clear that Nook wants their customers to actually enjoy the experience, as they include delivery and installation within the price rather than treating you like just another order number. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Nook. The sauna arrived before the estimated date. The Installation was quick and the Installers were friendly and professional. All communications were clear and timely...and the Sauna itself works perfectly.

I’ve been really impressed with the Nook 2 Person Infrared Sauna. From the moment it was set up, it felt like a high-quality, well-designed product. The size is perfect for two people without feeling cramped, but it’s also just as comfortable to use solo if you want to stretch out and fully relax.

It heats up efficiently and maintains a consistent temperature, which makes each session feel really therapeutic. The infrared heat is gentle but effective — I’ve noticed improved muscle relaxation, reduced tension, and overall a great sense of wellbeing after each use.

The build quality is excellent, with a sleek, modern design that fits nicely into the space without being intrusive. The controls are straightforward and easy to use, and little features like the lighting and sound options add to the overall experience.

Overall, it feels like a bit of a luxury at home. If you’re looking for something to support relaxation, recovery, or just a bit of daily self-care, I’d absolutely recommend it.

This company is excellent. From ordering my nook to delivery and installation. The two guys that came so professionally installed, took all the packing away. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a sauna. And the sauna is awesome I’m in it ever other day. One happy customer 😉

It’s incredibly easy to use, heats quickly, and has become a standout feature in our space. There’s something about stepping into it that feels like a complete reset, it’s truly magic.

The communication from an initial enquiry, through to the delivering and install is something you would expect from a Michelin Star restauraunt. Thoughtful and informative the whole way along. My Install time changed and they tightene up the window of delivery time, the team then text me 2 hours out from arrival to make sure I was home. They installed it professionally they took away the rubbish. They gave me a complete run down on how to use it and care for it. Then there is the Sauna itself, its smells delicious as the 10 year old stated. Quality product absolutely blown away by the whole process to be honest! Been in it every day since it Arrived !
