We couldn’t love our Nook sauna more! We got the Elite 2 person & are so happy with it. The customer service was outstanding, keeping us up to date where the order was at. Installation took no time & we received clear instructions from the team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow. I bought the elite sauna a couple of weeks ago and I have to say it's brilliant. I've been using it everyday and can't get enough. Loving the chromatherapy lighting and I have started sleeping well again and noticing a change in my skin already. The guys who set it up were great and explained how everything worked. The set up was very quick. Only took 2 weeks to arrive. I fully recommend nook saunas.

I visit wet saunas and infrared saunas regularly and we are very impressed with ours. I set it pre run when it reads 13 degrees. After an hour I’m back and it’s at 60 plus degrees and I’m sweating immediately. Great for recovery and acclimation purposes. The installers were awesome also setting up in less that 30minutes giving us clear operating instructions pre leaving . We are very impressed do dar in the week we have had ours!!

My budget was limited so I went for a refurbished rental instead of purchasing a new sauna. The staff were very helpful and kept me up to date with when I could expect my delivery. On the day of the delivery I knew within an hour of delivery exactly when it would arrive. The two delivery guys were very friendly and helpful and put the sauna together in a very short space of time. I have had a follow up call to check to see if everything is working as it should. I had previously bought a sauna blanket from another supplier a few years ago so initially I headed for that company when I was researching saunas only to find their website so complicated to navigate that I gave up. Some companies were also going to deliver as a flat pack for me to have to put it together myself. I am 67 years old and don't have any family (man) to help with that so again discounted that company. Then I found Nook! Even though I was out of the delivery and installation area they were not about to abandon me. I just paid a little extra to have it delivered and installed which in the end would have cost me a lot more if I had had to hire a handyman to install not to mention having to dispose of all of the packaging. Needless to say I am very very happy with my sauna and with Nook Saunas. I am using my sauna every day and reaping the benefits. I should have done it sooner. I have used traditional saunas as opposed to infrared and enjoyed them (mostly when on holidays) but as I get older I find the heat less tolerable than the infrared.

We started seeing more and more saunas on social media and got interested. We chose the CORE 2 person as it is a size that fits in a space that is totally lockable and out of the weather. We were super happy with the entire experience. I asked a few questions via email then pulled the trigger. This one is for our country house, so I was able to collect it from the NOOK warehouse and erect it myself. Once I un-boxed the parts, it literally took minutes to put together. I will buy another for our city house that is under construction and will more than likely go for the ULTRA model

Sauna is very nice and good value for money, installation was very easy all done by nook. The boys were very helpful that did the install

Our 3 person nook sauna arrived (Sunshine Coast hinterland) last week and it’s awesome. The guys who delivered it were really good and it was set up in no time. They gave us a run through and it was literally ready to use half an hour after the truck pulled up! The 3-person sauna comfortably fits 2 people. From when we bought it to now a week after, a customer rep has been in touch the whole way through. Seriously good old-fashioned service which is hard to find these days. Well done Nook!

Communication between us and the company was amazing, couldn’t fault them. Quick response and very helpful.

I love my Nook sauna, it’s excellent quality. Having free delivery and free installation took so much stress off of us. They did such a great job and made it easier to enjoy our beautiful sauna. I’ve already seen such a difference in my skin and mental health since using my nook sauna.

This experience has been easy and exciting from the moment i hit add to cart! Great pricing and even better service. Had to shift my installation a couple of times with no hassle from the team! Install was on time and professional and the unit itself is life changing! We love our nook!!!

Delivery and installation was great. Installers were very quick,helpful and friendly explained all functions of the sauna. The sauna itself is great quality and does exactly what it claims. Love the Bluetooth speakers and the lights inside. Would definitely recommend.

We bought the sauna as a way to help my wife (who has reinards) make it through winter.
The team from Nook showed up when they said they would, assembled and tested and were gone, no fuss, no bother.

The sauna is a major hit with my wife, I’ve started using it too, I like the peace and tranquility, it makes me take a little time to gather my thoughts and I love the smell of the timber.

I actually enquired to a couple of companies, the second company came in cheaper, but I would have had to collect and install it myself.

I definitely recommend Nook, their team and the product.

I've had the sauna for 8 days and only used it 9 times. I think that speaks for itself.
I'm super happy.
The guys who installed it were first class. Efficient, pleasant, quick and tidy.
The only thing I'm sorry about is that I didn't offer them a drink or something to eat. I was too excited and just wanted to get into it. Please apologise to them for me.

I forgot to add that you and the sales team were excellent. From the start your follow up and communication has been spot on. At no stage was I left wondering. You covered all bases.

The customer service provided by the nook team was exceptional! I can’t fault them. The people who came to deliver and set it up were very nice and got it set up very quickly. They were helpful and informative. If you’re going to get a sauna at home get a nook! You won’t regret it!!

The team at Nook provided a 5 star customer experience. There was a delay in our project which meant we had to delay sauna delivery significantly. The team were always happy to accommodate. Installation was a breeze by the team and they checked in on us afterwards too.
