I have marked five stars even due to the awful service of DHL who for some reason could not deliver the order to me at my address. No More Accessoires were easy to contact. Listened to my complaint and offered to work with me to find a solution. I decided it was better to get DHL to send the parcel back to them and I received a full refund. Such a shame a good company is was let down by DHL.

I love the products
I love the products, have a necklace, earrings and an ear cuff and I haven’t even taken them off since I got them! So lovely. I ordered for my daughter and my sister. Had some issues with the sizing and they helped immediately and efficiently! Give it a try if you are unsure.

Great, no-fuss pieces from Lithuania
Really cool, no-fuss company. I ordered a selection of pieces (earrings and rings), and they arrived on time, look exactly like the images online and I've been really enjoying wearing them daily. Really well made, minimal but eye-catching pieces that I expect to enjoy for a long time.

Exactly what I expected

Good yet not perfect.
I purchased a piece which needed engraving and paid express shipping so that it would be delivered in time for my wife's 40th birthday.
The initial understanding was that it would arrive within a week, which was just‐in-time delivery for the event.
However, the piece arrived 5 days later than it should have, reportedly because of a problem with the engraving.
I can understand that. Any delivery has a 10% chance of going wrong. However, it is preferable to be proactive and notify the customer if there is an issue and the delivery will be delayed. It's no problem if there's a snag, but let a guy know...

The delivery was not done on the requested day. The delivery man left the parcel at my door! Someone could have stolen it and it was worth a couple of hundreds of euros. The products correspond to what we see on the website, the quality is OK ( not the best one). The ear cuffs do not sit comfortably on the ears, some of them are too loose. Otherwise, I like the products, especially for their original design.

However, we are not able to control couriers and their behavior as we are not the shipping company. Anyway, we are really happy that no one has stolen your package and it reached you.

I am so sorry if the ear cuffs didn't properly sit on your ear, therefore, everyone's ears are different and unique, so it is impossible to create one design that would fit all ear types. However, all our items can be returned or exchanged, so if something doesn't fit or it is uncomfortable, you can always send the jewelry pieces to us and get your money back.

One star. I bought a ring online. It was supposed to be delivered to my home. Instead it was delivered to a kiosk some distance from my house and I was told to pick it up. I do not have time to do that. I wrote to No More Accessories to let them know I would not pick it up and I will expect a refund. They replied to say they would investigate. Since then I have heard nothing more from them. I still have no ring. I have no refund. First time using this company. I will not use them again. Should be no-stars, really.

However the courier tried to deliver the parcel two times to your house, but you weren't there, that's why the order was left at the pick-up point. My apologies, if the kiosk was quite far from your house and collecting the package was too much trouble for you. Once you informed us about the parcel being left at the kiosk instead of delivered to your house, we immediately contacted the shipping company and asked them to deliver the order one more time. Sadly, you weren't home again, so they had to leave it at the kiosk. Since you are not planning to collect your order, I have refunded you for the ring and shipping expenses. Once again, our apologies that you weren't able to collect the package.
