Never Ever!

I have ordered an iPhone pro max 13 with Vodafone contract on the second week of October 2021, they said that your iPhone will be there just in 4-6 weeks. And guess what! After paying for iPhone and also after 6 weeks (29.11.2021), they replied We DON’T KNOW WHEN YOUR iPHONE WILL BE HERE!

(Update1: end of Dec. 2021 there is no iPhone in my pocket now, how long should I wait? Maybe God knows :-))) )

(Update2: Please read the answer of the Modeo. They don't just accept their customer care is a catastrophe. Read other customers review about their customer care. They don't accept that there is not my business, that their providers couldn't handle the orders! IT'S YOUR BUSINESS DEAR MODEO NOT MEIN! Just accept your unplanned sales, it's the start way of improvement.

The worst service provider ever!

Customer care unfortunately is just a FUN for Modeo! Impolite and just said if you don‘t want the service you can cancel it! 🤦‍♂️😂
Their answer on following up was ridiculous! „Because of lack of chipsets, we don‘t know, when it would be available!“ BUT, you can order in apple website now and would receive in 2 weeks! Wish I could give them 0 star instead of 1!

Ihre Antwort auf Nachfragen war lächerlich! "Wegen des Mangels an Chipsätzen wissen wir nicht, wann es verfügbar sein wird!" ABER, man kann es jetzt auf der Apple-Website bestellen und würde es in 2 Wochen erhalten! Ich wünschte, ich könnte ihnen 0 Sterne statt 1 geben!

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I bought an IPhone 12 Pro gold with a Vodafone’s contract, I payed for it, signed the contract and Modeo took MORE THAN 10 WEEKES to answer!! And of course, the contract was already done and I had to pay for a service that I couldn’t use! They are selling cellphones without having stock, they are taking peoples money and not responding for the purchase!!! AFTER 10 WEEKS they finally send me a cellphone but in black! I didn’t pay more than 1100€ to wait for more than 2 months and get a cellphone in a color that I don’t want to have. BE CAREFUL!!! They still selling iPhones in their webpage without having stock!

Very bad customer service

Here is realy the only site that is positive off this company. Every where are bad reviews except here.

I wanted a mobile Phone they had the best price, but it wasn't in stock. As soon as it was I ordered it. I received a couple of mails that day and than nothing for 3 weeks and than a cancelation
