I do love the jewellery I received by them. Even After an incident where 1 Ring was missing the Customer Service reacted Not Only quick but very compassionate Sending the missing item asap. I have been ordering jewelry from nola for a couple of years now. Last time I ordered my order got lost, they immediately send me a new one. When it arrived I recognized that I ordered the wrong necklace and they gave me a store credit as soon as I send them the return receipt for the necklace. The customer service is amazing and I love all my jewelry that I have from them. Would definitely recommend!
