19/08/2025 UPDATE: Since my review on TP, Nokwol have fully refunded my returned items and have sincerely apologised for the delay. This has gone a long way to improving my opinion of the company - Kat was helpful and dealt with everything efficiently.

18/08/2025 A very disappointing experience with Nokwol. I am still waiting for a refund of over £300 for returned, unworn items nearly 1 month later. Customer service is appalling as nobody replies to emails despite me sending several, along with proof of delivery.

Absolutely gorgeous trainers - so unique and extremely comfortable! Customer service was brilliant when I got confused about my order. Will definitely be buying from Nokwol again.

Customer service is top tier! I appreciate how they respond so quickly. So I ordered my shoes in the wrong size but realized it just after I placed my order. I messaged them on IG and have it sorted right away.

Loafers are great, rare to find them in half sizes. Shipping was also quick!

Knowledge and range of products, attentive service and professional & courteous staff, helped to influence our decision to purchase shoes. Definitely will return in the future, as the staff and environment made me feel a valued customer

absolutely horrible customer service. ordered a 200$ shoes for my daughter... after 2 weeks of silence i got an email saying that they were "finalizing" the order but they were offering a different shoe for some reason. i refused and said i d keep the one ordered. they said ok but that model will not be available for some time and they offer something else (without even giving me the chance to see it). asked for refund and still waiting for it... they likely just wanted that to happen in the first place... wasted time and money...
EDIT: they reached out and offered to fix it by sending the orginal shoes.
i have to admit that i wasnt expecting that but i appreciate the effort and the willing to fix. waiting for the shoes now.

Ordered some trainers online but unfortunately when they arrived one was a size 41 and one 43. After getting great communication and prompt easy return Nokwol couldn’t fulfill our order but swiftly gave a full refund. Would definitely use them again in the future after such a positive if not unfortunate shopping experience.

Beautiful made shoes that fit so well. Shipping was quick too so will definitely be purchasing again.

Initially my experience was not a positive one. I had returned some shoes to exchange for a smaller size but there was a dispute with my return. Royal Mail said it had been delivered and Nokwol said they had not received it. Customer service did communicate with me throughout but I was frustrated and called the store. The manager there (Michelle) was amazing and really helpful. I explained my frustration/ concerns around reviews and similar experiences from other customers. Michelle patiently listened to me rant and turned this into a positive outcome. I want to thank her personally for this and I appreciate her sorting this for me as a priority.

Very disappointing experience – feels like a scam

I placed an order for sneakers from Nockvile on May 26, 2025, as a gift for my mother. Unfortunately, the shoes didn’t fit her, so I requested a return and refund on May 27, the very next day.

Since then, I’ve been patiently waiting, but as of June 14, the situation is still unresolved. The tracking information is very confusing – it shows that the package is still in transit, but when I click through for more details, it says it’s already been delivered… to India (!). We live in the UK, so this makes absolutely no sense.

I have written three emails to both emails, but received no response at all. This lack of communication and clarity makes the whole situation feel like a scam.

I am very upset, and so is my mother. We trusted this brand, but now we feel completely let down. I don’t understand why a legitimate company would ignore their customers like this. I hope this message reaches someone who cares, because this is unacceptable.

Paid £130 for sandals. Wore literally twice. The leather has worn off the front. They look awful. Customer service will not help. Poor materials and workmanship. Buy elsewhere. Avoid.

***Update - The company eventually reached out after this review, offered a sincere apology, and promptly resolved the issue. They provided a return label and issued a full refund for the trainers. That said, I’d suggest they update their phone number to one they can actually be reached on and ensure they respond to emails sent to the address listed on their website.***
I’m not usually one to write bad reviews, but my experience with this brand has been so disappointing I felt I had to say something. My husband bought me a pair of their trainers online after I saw them in their Kings Road store. Delivery was fine—but after wearing the shoes just four times, the interior started deteriorating and one of the tongues completely came off. Not even exaggerating. Pretty shocking for shoes that cost over £100.

I’ve tried contacting them multiple times—called the number on their website (no answer), emailed the Kings Road store and their info@ email. No response whatsoever. It's honestly starting to feel like a con. Sadly, after doing some digging, I’ve found lots of other people have had similar experiences with both product quality and customer service.

At this point, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. It’s no better than the dodgy American Candy stores on Oxford Street—flashy front, but zero substance behind it.

I got the chocolate suede pumps, they are so beautiful and the quality is amazing, such a great price, as the others I’d seen as good as these are three times the price, parcel was delayed because Dpd didn’t collect it, I wouldn’t of even noticed, but nokwol emailed me personally to let me know Dpd hadn’t collected, lovely service

I ordered some trainers (half price in the sale) for my daughter. The service was outstanding, they came within 2 days. Packaged perfectly. I would definitely use Nokwol again!
