Worse return policy in the EU! Don’t buy from them if you don’t want to have something that does not fit!
When the item arrived I was on vacation for 3 weeks. The parcel did not arrive on time that is why I was away but I paid the price for something I did not need. I wrote to them to explain but they just told me the 14 days has elapsed!

They ship via ups which didn’t arrive in term before my holidays but they won’t allow me to return them after my holidays! They shoes does not fit so now I have to find someone to buy them. They are a joke! 14 days return policy for clothing! I advice you to buy from somewhere else!

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I ever had. They sent the wrong size and they don't supply a return label. In order for me to return them back from Canada is $800. All I want is the correct size and the company makes it very difficult. I am stuck with these shoes but I learned my lesson. "NOIRFONCE IS A JOKE"!
