Noir Calgary 

It’s a scam store front for cheaply made products. Ordered a dress….looked nothing like advertised.
They offer 30 day money back guarantee however provide a specific company to make your return that costs hundreds of dollars to return to China. Not a Calgary store, just a front for a cheap products made in China.

Totally misleading fabric poor quality and fit was completely off no return policy without costs, customer service inadequate keep your money…

Scam. Do not order from this "store". I'm so irritated that I fell for it. Shoes were like dollar store quality. And return will cost over 100$ because it is in China, not Calgary.

This company is a total scam. It's not from Calgary but is based in China. The products they sell are terrible quality. I ordered shoes that looked like they were made of leather but when I opened the package, the product smelled so toxic that it made my eyes water. They claim to offer refunds but the shipping cost back to China is prohibitive ($89 CAD). Do not buy from them!

Purchase a product March 2025 . POORLY made and I now find out that the product is not from Calgary but from china .

Although I haven’t purchased from this company, what I noticed is that Noir-Calgary has exactly the same attractive couple “story” retiring and closing a store in Vancouver. The photo is the same, the story is the same. The Vancouver store is called Snazz. (And there are likely many more). There are no actual storefronts or physical addresses. This is clearly a clever SCAM designed to bilk money from unsuspecting shoppers.

Absolutely DO NOT order from Noir Calgary. Why?
1. Noir Calgary is not located in Calgary,AB but based in China. You are not buying local.
2. The store does not honour their policies. I ordered and sent a cancellation request on the same day. Their policy states they will cancel and refund if the request is submitted before the order ships. The store refused to cancel the order. Shipping was not initiated for another two days after the cancellation request.
3. The website appears to be for a storefront, opened in 2009, that is closing. There is no physical store - no address or phone number. I suspect the bio and picture of the retiring store owners are fictitious.
4. The clothing quality is unlikely to be as described based on what other shoppers have reported.

I have submitted a dispute through Mastercard. Because the store is not complying with the order cancellation request, I’m hopeful my money will be refunded but I have to wait another 11 days to find out.

Don’t waste your money or time with Noir Calgary.

Appears to be a scam company. Presents as a Canadian company but after shows shipping from China. However, shipping never actually happens and you are left with no courier info.
Update** items arrived and are worse than dollar store quality. DO NOT buy!!

They sell junk! Bought what was suppose to be quality orthotic mules and what arrived could have been purchased at Dollarama Pennie’s. Then try and get a refund and they spend days running you in circles to run out the time guarantee.

Add says they are in Calgary and the item came from china. Moreover, I am currently trying to get to return the item and they won t provide a return address.

Noir Calgary, Noir Toronto, they announce every where and add is false representation.

I purchased a jacket, took two weeks to arrive with tracking information sent periodically, that was nice. Jacket although I bought the largest size still was ill fitting, arms were too tight compared to the rest of the jacket…material has thin…requested a return and first they offered a deal where I buy another product for $28 keep the original and get something additional or return at my expense to China even with a track and trace code no guarantee it will arrive safely to get money returned…could get held up in customs, damaged etc no refund…similar style jacket I have bought on different sites where they fit better for much cheaper…will never purchase here again…no seller guarantees…this was my first and last purchase.

I saw an ad on Pinterest for this company, and since it said Calgary and I'm trying to buy Canadian I clicked through. When I searched the ad image of the scarf that intrigued me and had me click through, it's a direct match for an image from AliExpress, with a lower price. Based on text in their Privacy Policy and the email address they give for their customer service team at the bottom of the page, it seems like Noir Calgary might also be operating as Aussiechic Boutique and as The Collective North.

So best case scenario is that they're reselling cheap goods from outside Canada, after marking them up, worst case is they're super dodgy and who knows where they're even based.

This company is using fake trustpilot reviews on their website, they are clearly lying. They said they had 2300 reviews on trustpilot so I came here to verify, and they had none. Beware.
