Great treadmill for the price, excellent finance packages. Fantastic communication from ordering to delivery/setup. Prompt replies to issues I had with bluetooth and Kinni, no technical issues since.
Great experience
Delivery and set-up was great - two delivery men showed up on a Friday evening, and cracked on setting everything up. They showed me how to use the machine before leaving me to it.
I had to update some firmware and had some Bluetooth dropout issues which required me to open a service ticket (I was still able to use the treadmill, just not connect it to the app). The team got back to me quickly and had me up a running (pun intended) soon after.
The Facebook Group has also been a useful source of information.
I’ve been enjoying incorporating the treadmill into my regular training, at times when it’s not possible or practical to get outdoors.
Noisey treadmill and rounded off…
Noisey treadmill and rounded off screws.
3 blokes rock up to put the treadmill in, place it in the middle of the room, build it up and make excuses not to move it and head off.
Needing to move the treadmill I realise the belt area cannot be lifted up, upon inspection at the front there is a catch screwed in to the running area and the base to prevent it from raising which had been rounded off, so now I cannot move the treadmill.
Half the reason for choosing NoblePro was because they delivered and assembled, giving the impression of a professional engineer to do this, I would now rather have paid less for a treadmill and built it myself so only I were to blame if I did something wrong.
My woe continues when I spin the motor up whilst not standing on the belt and hear a knocking sound. I then notice that the belt lubricant has not been opened and could be the culprit.
I am in half a mind to send this back and get a different brand, currently waiting for a call back from the support team.
Great marketing team, poor delivery/experience so far.
Further to the above, I had originally ordered the e8i, only to be told they were out of stock after calling to chase up after a few weeks, decided to go for the cheaper model as it was in stock, just a really unprofessional company to deal with based on current interactions.
Update:
After a years use I am still rather unimpressed with the product, with the above aside, the quality of the product is sub-par for the price point. Just to cover some of the issues, the heart rate comes on when no device is connected/not holding on the treadmill measuring pads, it will randomly display a high heart rate, despite being the only one home with no devices on me.
The tech is advertised ambiguously as it isn't really as smart as it seems and has issues tracking heart rate when you do have a modern, compatible Garmin heart rate strap. After much back and forth with customer service, they eventually fobbed us off with "It displays an average heart rate for the session" which isn't how it's advertised and I've never known a fitness device to give this as an average during a work out, usually it is a real-time read out. It also is a massive faff to hook up to record sessions sometimes, other times it will hook up fine.
Overall the treadmill is overpriced for what you get, spend your money elsewhere. This company has a fragile ego and can't fathom that their product has flaws/don't care. Ignore the sponsored athlete mouth pieces, they are getting paid (or paid in kind) to hype the product up.

Scottish Customer who needs a treadmill
First of all it appears that the Treadmills that Noble Pro produce are excellent. I wish I could attest tho this however, it was not to be.
I suffer from a neurological condition which results in poor motor function. One of the non medical ways to stop this is regular walking/jogging. As I sometimes collapse it is too risky to do this outside.
As my old treadmill gave up, one of the medical forums I'm on recommended Noble Pro. I decided to order.
After 6 working days I was offered a delivery slot with 2 days notice. I had an appointment that day so I had to refuse. I rang customer service and they told me to hang tight. Fair enough. This was on the 6th of November. Since then, no word.
We chased it up and they couldn't give me a date. As I live in Scotland they don't come up here all the time. Naturally I complained and they conceded that they would try and get me the Treadmill by the end of this week. Yesterday, I received an email from the Noble Pro delivery company who said they were 'Planning' for week beginning the 21st however, no confirmation of the date.
As a result of this I elected to cancel. No effort to resolve the issue, no real apology, instead what seemed like a sigh of relief that I was gone.
The communication was courteous and professional but I still don't have my deposit back. They say this is down to Klarna however given the poor service received I would have expected this to be fast tracked. Nope!
If you live south of the Midlands then order and enjoy. For everyone else go for Nordic Track or Peloton instead.
