Fraudulent business

I placed my order with this company a month ago, paid 17 euros for delivery. And NOWHERE during my user experience it said anything that the company doesn't bother to declared in DECO in combination with an IOSS number, in simple words that even though the item is below taxable price for goods bought from abroad - you will still have to pay not just all the possible duties but also clearance fees. As result after waiting and being sure that 70+ euros necklace will soon arrive and give me joy, I end up having to pay almost the same price on top collectively. When contacting the company that all of it is not fair, they pretty much politely told me to f.ck off and that if the parcel returns to them they will have to deduct 45$ for postage(!). Ridiculous as I paid for a delivery a fair price for a small necklace, I wasn't expecting that to be reimbursed but for God sake 45$??? To me it all sounds like a scam and a way to earn money without having to deliver anything. Disappointed. Angry. And not recommending ANYONE buying from a company that treats its customers like idiots.
