Never received. BBB has given this business an F rating - beware!

This is a scam company. They sent a wrong, false item and don't response. The delivery took a month to receive a wrong item, that is horrible quality as well. Customer service was extremely rude when I asked the ETA for my order. I'll report fraud to my bank.

Horrible! Don’t buy from this company! My item never arrived!!!! And the money was charged!

I purchased some items from Pampelone and their sister company Aura. Not one thing fits. I am not sure how they cut and design their clothing, but I have been dealing with trying to find something for the past year. They do NOT give a refund so be wary. They state returns and exchanges possible, which make believe you can obtain a refund. WRONG! Only store credit. I have been trying to find something that would even simi fit and it is impossible. I would NEVER order here and advise others the same, unless you are ready to be disappointed. What a waste of money, because their prices are not cheap for the quality you get. They should stand by their products if they were not CROOKS!! Never had I had such TERRIBLE experience with a company!!

Do not buy from this company.
Absolute thieves.
You can’t get a refund just a credit note and they ignore your emails.
The clothes are odd sizes so you can’t guarantee a fit then you can’t get your money back.

The item was poor quality and they do not offer a refund.

I grab a couple of pieces from this company every season, so hot here in Texas but the linen pieces are perfect for the heat.

Terrible company never use them . Scammers . Bought a dress weeks ago, it was faulty. Paid the send it back registered first class signed for. Will not respond to me to give me a refund. I have been emailing them for weeks and weeks . What a shame they treat people like this . The worst customer service I have ever seen. The dress was not cheap too .

I have never experienced such poor customer service. I purchased this dress June 18th, returned June 24th due to the quality being poor and cheaply made. The product did not fit the description at all. We are now in mid-August and I have reached out five times now for my refund. I continue receiving the generic 'I am chasing down the team now' response. I'm not sure how else I will be able to get my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Their refund policy is not at all fair.
The dress I ordered didn’t fit so I returned it asking for a refund but only store credit available… again for the ‘health of the company ‘…. Such an poor excuse.
I do not recommend this company as you simply cannot take a chance when buying an item online, in case it doesn’t fit or suit. Now I am left with a credit of $200 and will have to purchase something I’m not that keen on and may not fit. On top of this, they take around 3 weeks to deliver so if the next item I purchase ( that I don’t really want ) again doesn’t fit/suit, I have to wait another 3 plus weeks to choose a 3rd item.
When you first look, the return policy says 30 days refund… when you go further into the website, it’s says store credit. I wouldn’t have purchased had it been clear.

Poor description and representation of product. I purchased the Grace Midi Dress and it was not the ivory dress as pictured, more a taupe color with a black lining down the neckline. The dress material is cheap. Beware of the return policy, as it states “most returns are refund to store credit” however the customer service insists that all refunds are given back as store credit, not on a case by case basis for the “health” of the company.

Bought a dress from here with a high neck so i dont get too much sun on my chest for my family vacation and the neckline and fit was perfect

Recommended this store by a friend and I can confirm it does not dissapoint. Just be prepared to be asked where your dress is from all the time haha x

Finally - a store that is true to size. Sometimes hard to know these days with online shopping but their CS was super helpful

Have a few of the bikinis, and they're a nice fit

I have both the Perle Midi Dress and the Santorini jumpsuit- love them both! The jumpsuit stays in place on top so comfortably and I am 5’4” and the length is great with a simple wedge. I wish the Perle came in other additional colors. I’m need baby blue and would order a second one.

The drape of the material is perfect as it hangs on the body.
The sheer part is sexy yet subtle. I love wearing it around home and some parties. You will love it and so will others.

The iris dress is amazing! I love the fabric, the details, very comfy and easy to wear in any occasions, sexy, élégant… love it so much! I would have bought it in beige or White if it exists ! The only thing is that delivery to France was a bit long (approx 2 weeks) but it was worthy!
