Hours on customer service live chat day after day. They never seem to get things right. They obviously do not know what they are doing. They promise bonuses that do not work and has awful wagering requirements. Live support is useless and slow. Never using this site again!

Worse casino ever. We have a group with a big gambling community and everyone thought was the same. The withdrawal was slow. And i stil been waiting for my registering bonus. That i have been waiting for 3 weeks. They keep saying they stil wait for the relevant team etc. No other sites require 3 weeks to fix things. Stay away from this site. You wont be getting what you think they give you. They keep coming with excuses. And so i also gonna forward about this site to other online casino communities.

About 16000 NOK stolen by this casino…
About 16000 NOK stolen by this casino after I had wagered a deposit bonus to the full in compliance with the bonus regulations. Customer service claims I have violated some of their t&c, but cannot say what I have done wrong or document any wrong doing.
I made a complaint to them asking for the to re-evaluate the case, and at least provide an explanation to what I have done wrong. They have bothered to reply yet (more than two weeks ago). Completely unprofessional.
