they freacking scammed me and now are saying its my fault and they keep texting me saying they want more money.
the bank coud not even get the money back

the advertise for one job, give you info about that job + one hourly rate but when you start you have a different position and a different hourly rate.

If I could give this company no stars that would be more honest.
From the start once they placed me, there was no follow up or checking in. You never got an update on how much holiday was accrued or told how to report anything.
Pay was flexible, you may or may not get a pay slip or even paid. Holiday pay was rarely correct. You have no one to directly reply to, pay role is outsourced as is HR. Couldnt even get my mandatory eye test refunded. In the end they stopped paying despite being paid by the company I worked for.

No phone line so no one to talk to. Advised to e-mail and no response 3 days later. Save your time and energy and do not apply for any vacancies with this agency as they do not respond.

Jess managed to find me employment pretty quickly and was very informative with regards to the role and was always happy to make follow up calls.

Absolute shambles. Basic tasks seem impossible and they will straight up lie if they are in the wrong. Sack the lot of them.

I would definitely recommend NL. The service I received was exceptional. The consultants are approachable and very personable. You feel the support they gave throughout the whole process of interview to actually securing a position.

The staff at NL recruitment were phenomenal! The recruiters were extremely attentive and kept me updated throughout the application and shortlisting process. I felt well prepared for both interviews as NL offered excellent coaching and support. I was ultimately offered my dream position and am so grateful for NL.

The only complaint, I have is with the incorrect contact information for the initial meeting point for the training, which took place at the town hall and no one seemed to have any clue about this or information about the room at reception.

Apart from that initial negative experience on the first day. I found the people especially Loabat pleasant to deal with.

We’ve worked together for over 5 years and established a strong partnership which is based on a deep understanding of each other’s business and by working together we are always trying new ways to improve. Highly recommend Nick and the team.
