Honestly, I was expecting more UPS onsite, for up close and personal handson. But UPS are not being build by them. Training are provided elsewhere, which didnot give me better view. Info search by me online, web and youtube barely info found. But during, interview some info was provided, not much. But I got a picture of what is expected from the new service engineer. His task would be replacing an sr engineer retiring soon. Honestly, it wouldnt be a problem as long as you get the proper guidance and time. New engineer would enroll into this roll w/o any problem. Being a Sr. Commissioning International Engineer (with 30yrs experience in Hardware/Software/Aplications) I would of fit among UPS team engineers.

Friendly, helpfull, proffesional all the way through. Took time to understand and communicate what I needed in my work.

Our collaboration for my first application was not a success, but I could feel the professional way of handling my application. Listening to the requirements and the needs of the candidate is a key factor for me. They try and keep pushing for your application because they have that ability to detect skills and feel the experience. Not all the hiring companies proceed the same way.
