I recently contacted NJS Law after a road traffic accident which was not my fault. They were extremely helpful and talked me through the whole process of attempting to claim compensation. Everything was clearly explained step by step with someone on hand to help and l felt very supported through the initial process.

I contacted this firm to help me make a medical claim after suffering and being misdiagnosed for 30 years. When they contacted me the lady I spoke to did not seem interested in my story at all. She hardly spoke just grunted and so I didn’t feel comfortable to talk about the whole issue and gave the parts that were most concerning in my eyes. To then be told that they weren’t going to take my case any further. Really disappointing service and your staff seem to lack empathy.
