Brought 6 different cocktails for a dinner party i was hosting for my lovely friends 60th ....brought these to have after dinner ....they went down a treat.....a proper cocktail....deep in taste....and good measures ....everyone was impressed with the cocktail id tailored to them .....they have a good selection to choose from and they come beautifully packaged so I will be buying again ...really nice also as presents thank-you Nio cocktail

Apart from the fact these are amazing quality cocktails which I've ordered a few times now for myself and gifts my last delivery arrived damaged, but one quick email to the company resulted in a prompt reply and replacement arrived 3 days later. First class service. Give them a try . Fantastic

Bought as a gift for someone. The box was dirty and squashed leaving it impossible to pass on as a gift.

I preferred three Big Party Boxes as Xmas gifts. I received a delivery box full of grey packets. Absolutely awful. Have received NIO many times as gifts and also purchased as gifts and always been very satisfied. I want to return these, receive a refund or be delivered a suitable alternative. I have left messages and emails but nobody is contacting me back

Brilliant company. I had a problem with my delivery and e mailed them. Got a prompt reply and all sorted . Great product (have ordered before)

Loved that I make a 'pick and mix' box. The products are great - very close to a proper cocktail made in a bar. Good value, great product and really quick delivery. Will be using again!

My original order never arrived presumably lost in transit by Evri. I contacted customer care through live chat and they were wonderful. They responded immediately resent the order which arrived the following day. I have not tried the cocktails myself as they have been purchased as a present. However, having ordered and tried NIO cocktails before I have no doubt that they will be just as lovely.

Unfortunately my last delivery box was damaged (by the courier I assume) which caused a leakage. Contacted the team at NIO who were very responsive and dealt with the matter effectively and efficiently. Many thanks for a wonderful service.

Delivery never arrived.
Not getting anywhere with customer service.
No phone number to speak with customer service.
Have emailed with attatched information but still not luck.
Not a happy customer. Was meant to be delivered by Evri, good luck with getting your orders!!!

The cocktail packages were delivered EMPTY. I paid almost £50 and can't even get a response on the chat line nor by email.

The cocktails are great quality and a favourite gift.
Turnaround is quick, cocktails delivered very swiftly and a generous reward scheme!

These are so easy to use and they taste fabulous.

The service from this company is exceptional .My order arrived damaged in transit - I sent an email to Nio and they replied within 5 minutes, despatching a replacement on a next day delivery!!
They were efficient, helpful and so polite it was a real pleasure to talk to them !!
The product itself is delightful and perfect for a special gift - I will be ordering again without hesitation.

Evri lost the original order . Contacted Nio who resolved the problem within the hour with a replacement and using different courier .
The products are fantastic and have ordered from Nio several times.

The product is delicious and the customer service is beyond expectations. I have had problems with deliveries that were not the fault of Nio but they have resolved the issue immediately.
