Not recommend this product
This is the 4th time you've had to send a replacement part a 1 time a whole new hoover . If it was not covered by a guarantee I would not recommend this hoover as every part has been replaced. Battery, motor, brush head,wand.

Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service! I initially tried to resolve an issue with a new product via email, but the context wansn't fully understood so I called instead.
Call was answered immediately, and the agent took the time to listen to the issue and worked to find a resolution that suited my needs.
Maga was incredibly efficient and a joy to deal with, can't fault the experience in any way and speedy resolution more than makes up for the product issue.

Very disappointing
Although the Air Fryer arrived well packed and on time, I was most disappointed that there was no instruction manual giving the basics of how to use it. I have since sent for a recipe book, but am still unaware of the basics. Also the sticky label on top of the machine proved almost impossible to remove without using a wire pan scrub, and my new machine is now scratched.
