Does the job great!
Only one minor thing - it took me a little while to work out how to share folders with folks outside my org. All good now.

Great features to make cloud document storage easy and secure. Very simple to set up, easy to invite guests (and easy for them) and support when needed is excellent.

Well worth looking into if you need to share files in your business.

Nimbox is far easier to use than it first looks. I am also sure that it does far more things than I currrently use it for ( secure file sharing and offsite back ups) but their online help lets them down as I have found it difficult to navigate and it does not really give an overview of how good this product really is. Their email help is good at answering specific problems.

Simple, secure and reliable. We've used Nimbox for over a year now and had no issues whatsoever. UK based data centers and a friendly support team - I would recommend this service over other cloud based file collaborating software.

Nimbox is a great product which I use for work and am very impressed with. It works very well in allowing users to share files and documents with good admin controls and is excellent for security.

On the few occasions we've needed to contact support the team are quick to respond and knowledgeable

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it's not quite as seamless for Mac users (especially when working with Windows users)

A great web based file server which is easy to use and most of all the most secure and safe deposit for all your data.

Great product and great service provided. Safe and secure environment with ease of acess for users. Would recommend to all new users looking for this type of product.

Nimbox are great to deal with. Although the support I have needed has been minimal, when I have required, it has been efficient and personal.

Really would benefit from granular permissions, and while their support is exceptionally good we have found some bugs/issues. It's annoyingly one of those things that you don't always realise something is going wrong until you've lost some crucial documentation/changes or encountered other versioning problems.

As an easy-to-set-up and use document repository it definitely performs well, but perhaps best for smaller teams and light collaboration. Lack of integrations/customisable experience and the likes can be somewhat frustrating as teams start to grow and projects require closer collaboration.

Last anecdotal point, I'm still annoyed I once tethered a wifi connection to my laptop and Nimbox quietly synced several gigs worth of data causing a hefty fine on my bill, hadn't even noticed it was syncing but I guess that's on me!

Nimbox is a no-nonsense secure way for me to back up my files and share files with remote colleagues. I am not particularly computer literate, but I have found Nimbox easy to operate for the most part. When I do get stuck with something, the email and telephone based assistance is very good. I just wish that they would complete their on-line manual as I am sure that this programme has many more applications.

We were introduced to Nimbox over a year ago, when we were looking for a cloud based file share. Absolutely brilliant, very easy to set up, use, share files, introduce guests. There is also a handy mobile phone app, which allows us to upload photos. On the occasion we have needed to contact customer services, we've received an immediate reply to answer without delay.
