If this is the one that was Cherokee…

If this is the one that was Cherokee health the one on 5th avenue is a joke! The wanna be nurse practitioner Jewell Birdwell I just saw a month ago She knows about my swelling and the only medicine that works. It's in my records when I was seeing Deborah Allen. She was the best doctor that's ever been there. And she even stated in my records the reason for the medication and how it helped but Birdwell talking about u need to go to urgent care where I just told her the treatment I got there and that I'd never go back. A THEY DON'T CARE ENOUGH TO LISTEN!!!! SO IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO ME BETWEEN NOW AND WHEN I GET MY INHALER REFILL SHE WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE!!!!! TO DENY ME THE MEDICATION THAT TAKES MY SWELLING DOWN IS NEGLIGENT. AND HER LACK OF CONCERN IS PATHETIC!! TOO LAZY TO LOOK AT MY RECORDS, JUST WANTED TO DENY THE MEDICATION THAT TAKES THE FLUID OFF OF ME. THEIR KIDS THERE FOR A JOB . DEBORAH ALLEN WAS THE ONLY DOCTOR THERE THAT WAS THERE FOR HER PATIENTS. AND THAT CARED ABOUT THEM . JEWEL BIRDWELL IS NEGLIGENT!! AND DANG SURE NOT PROFESSIONAL. IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO ME I WILL FILE A LAWSUIT CUZ I RECORD EVERY VISIT. AND I HAVE EVERY DOCUMENT FROM WHERE I WAS SEEING DEBORAH ALLEN. AND THE MEDICATIONS SHE WAS PRESCRIBING. THAT'S WHAT'S WRONG WITH THESE DOCTOR NOW THEY TAKE YOU IF THE MEDS THAT WORKS. THAT PLACE IS A JOKE AND SHE DANG SURE IT

Good for if you wish to stay sick in the new year

Was plagued with the sleep ailment that should’ve been fixable and that I desperately needed to get fixed the few months ahead before the end of the year. They don’t really help people. I didn’t think too much of the appointment I had but now they’re getting ridiculous with a scheme to hoard my medical records so I can’t see a general physician.

I continue to be sick with something that is plaguing all aspects of my life and threatens my career, future health, ability to maintain friendships.
