Niko tech act as an illegal payment provider for a number of unlicensed gambling websites. I have never willingly purchased anything from them, yet have multiple transactions in my name and on bank statement. When I prove the connection to unlicensed and ILLEGAL gambling websites, they lie and claim that they cannot do anything as the payment processor.

Stop partnering with unethical, unlicensed and illegal casino sites. Stop stealing funds from people that never willingly purchased your servicesent processor for unlicensed casinos

If I could give it 0 stars I would, they have stolen money out of my account and refuse to pay it back, apparently I signed up for some subscription- never visited their site, don’t even know what this subscription is for. Never heard of them in my life, except apparently to inconvenience me. Absolute fraud and scam, reported to ombudsman for fraudulent activities.

Niko-Tech processed multiple transactions from my account using misleading merchant descriptors linked to unlicensed gambling sites. I requested a refund many times — they ignored every email. Their silence shows deliberate obstruction. I am escalating to the Financial Ombudsman Service, FCA, Action Fraud UK, and Visa/Mastercard for AML and MCC breaches.

Consumers should be aware: this company is unsafe, unresponsive, and operates with no accountability.

This company processes payments on behalf of casinos operating illegally in the UK, who aren’t part of Gamstop. They use incorrect MCC codes to bypass any gambling blocks the user may have on there bank accounts. Same company as Elegro; who state they don’t offer a service to UK customers. All lies.

It is engaged in illegal activities with unlicensed gambling platforms.

These illegal casinos use these types of companies to make their supposed deposits, thus employing other companies with different Merchant Category Codes (MCC). The MCCs were probably manipulated to circumvent such restrictions (laundering transactions).

I have evidence of all this and the support of hundreds of affected people. I can prove everything I say if you need evidence.
