It took a little while to get to grips with this site but once mastered it was a really good site fair and enjoyable will use it again and again

I had previously made 2–3 successful withdrawals from Velobet without any issues. However, on March 21 at 21:54, I completed another successful withdrawal, and the next day (March 22), when I submitted a new withdrawal request, my account was suddenly blocked.

At the time of closure, I had a significant balance remaining in my account. I had never used any bonuses, and I fully completed KYC verification, including ID and video verification, all of which were approved.

The platform claims there was a violation of their Terms and Conditions (Clauses 9 and 10), but no clear explanation or evidence has been provided. If there was truly a violation, I don’t understand why my previous withdrawals were processed successfully without any issues.

I have asked multiple times for clarification, such as:
• What exact rule was violated?
• If there was a “multiple account” issue, who is the other account?
• Which IP or data caused this conflict?

Unfortunately, I have not received any transparent or satisfactory response.

I am simply requesting a fair review of my case and a clear explanation, as well as the release of my remaining balance if no valid evidence of wrongdoing can be provided.

Awful. A well played scam. You can deposit by card, Apple Pay etc. but you can only withdraw in crypto. If you try to contact support on mobile the website freezes. If you try on laptop it doesn’t even open the chat. I’ve tried to verify so I can withdraw. Uploaded multiple fresh bank statements with my name & address clearly printed, yet verification fails. Do not deposit here. In fact don’t trust any website with a deposit bonus of more than 150. Complete scam. On top of that, half of the games don’t even open.

This is the worst online casino I have ever used. I deposited 10 pounds firstly and joined the bonus where I received an extra 15 pounds. The bonus rolls for 30 days i wagered everyday. Not the best site. Offer many different slots but I tried many this evening and had error messages. And broken links. So they don't offer the slots they advertise. Massive red flag for me and I have deleted my account. You don't get this with mainstream casino sites. Don't advertise them if they aren't available.

I've been using Velobet a while now and they are very good. The customer service is great and always help you out! Mary is very good!

I have used this Casino a lot and never had a problem with deposits or withdrawals a bonus for sure. My issues started when they changed the way you apply for cashback as advertised in their loyalty promotion. Cashback was done via the chat box you requested and the agent credited you your bonus no problem at all. Then for whatever reason the cashback now has to be requested via a link and this was the start of the end for me at Velobet. After several failed attempts at claiming my cashback I was told cashback was no longer available and that spins would be issued instead. Utter nonsense the casino still advertises cashback on their site but their customer service team insists cashback is finished. Be aware of this false promotion. I am deeply disapointed with Velobet a casino that I trusted and used frequently only to be cheated out of my cashback and to be given low level free spins on games that I never play. A terrible end to a once trusted casino.

But that's not the worst part.
I deposited £70 into the casino, simply wanting to test them.
When my balance reached £100, I decided to withdraw the money.
And then the problems began. First, I had to go through verification.
When I deposited money into the casino, no one verified me.
Okay, I sent them a series of documents to verify my account, and when it was finally completed successfully, I made a £100 withdrawal.
I live in the UK, and according to their assurances, the money should be in my account within a maximum of five to six days. If the money didn't appear after this period, I was supposed to contact support again (???)
After the withdrawal, a message appeared stating that the funds were being processed.
The next day, when I wanted to check what was happening with the money, it turned out that the £100 had reappeared in my casino account, along with a message that in order to withdraw the money, I had to wager my own deposited funds—and that was the biggest surprise for me.
I have never encountered such practices anywhere before.
Overall, I feel cheated.
I do not recommend this casino to anyone.
