Nightingale sorted confusing order
Nightingale phoned because they received a confusing order from my Doctors ( second time in 6 weeks) and sorted it out with me and the practice .
This afternoon I checked that they had received the correct order and delivery address. I was told that they had already put things in motion and I would get a quick delivery. They came up trumps again

The staff at Nightingale are so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It can be a traumatic and worrying time for many patients but Noghtingale could not be more reassuring and supportive. The deliveries are always prompt and we are kept upto date at all times. The courier service are most helpful too.

Very Good Service with a few minor reservations.
In most areas, Nightingale is excellent. Occasionally, I have found an item missing, usually an additional item in the last order: a replacement bag stand I had asked for and was told would be sent. Perhaps my Doctor did not authorise it, but if that was the case, I would have appreciated a heads-up. The only other point I would make is that the packaging is almost always damaged upon arrival; part of this problem is the unsubstantial box and poor packaging/tape and the rest down to handling (probably during transit).
