They suck. Screens glitch and only only 1/3 of the time or when they want to. Lots of static noise too and their customer service is a joke. For that price is ridiculous

My wife ordered a Tesla screen for me as a birthday gift, on August 14,2024. Waited months for delivery status on order. They sent me a message stating that the order was cancelled, and our refund would take 7-10 days, March 6, 2025 I'm still waiting for my refund... Next option is to seek legal help to get the money back. We contacted niftycity several times and nothing changed. We even asked for the order to be placed because it's been paid for, still nothing. DO NOT waste your time and money on this company. I've never experienced anything like this, 1200 dollars is a lot of money to give away. Update you guys keep writing me to do a dispute with my cardholder, we've tried 3 times, still no refund. Seven to ten days has turned into months... Update, we're currently opened a new dispute with the card holder. This is the fourth dispute, they've been unable to get the money back. Results from the results are starting that you guys are not following your policies for cancellations. We did not cancel the order on our end. At this point we have no product and haven't received any refund.. Update... My cardholder is asking for all the messages and emails from niftycity. We have 22 messages and emails from them stating that they have refunded our order. We've stated before this is the fourth dispute, and nothing changed. Please read this review before you make your order... Update... My cardholder is still waiting for the refund, we opened our fifth dispute with niftycity. I'll keep updating this review until it's resolved.

Really great product designed to fit my factory unit. I’m now able to use their mod to be able to use my fullscreen on my factory unit for Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.

Plus their customer support was very supportive when I ran into an issue. They ensured that the device was working for me and that I was happy with it.

Last year, I originally ordered a screen protector for the tesla screen, and took 3 months before it never came. However, recently Nifty City was willing to send me one for free and thay came within a couple weeks. Hopefully this is a true sign of better management

Bought a tesla screen for 370z around January 10th, 5 days after i bought it they send me a notification that the order was manufacturing. after a week January 22nd i emailed them and they said they were on vacation till February 10th; had to wait another 2 weeks and they said there was many delays. I waited 2 months for a order which i spent 2,000 dollars Canadian. Worst costumer service they were telling me to calm down and behave for something that hasnt even came for two straight months???? never get stuff from this website, wasted money and time. worse costumer service ever, i rather buy stuff from china then your company, A JOKE.

Placed a pricey order on 12/28/24 after a week of no change in my order status an email was sent for followup (1/2/25). Got a reply same day saying "We should have a tracking number next week for you."

(1/12/25) Ten days goes by and still no update so another email was sent and got a reply same day saying "we’re still building the cluster for you. We don’t think we’ll be able to make the FedEx timeline; If we don’t, we will refund the shipping differences and still ship it to you via fedex. Please allow us another week or two."

(2/3/25) 21 days later still no status on my order so a 3rd email was sent and another same day reply said "We are on holiday till 10 February, and we will ship it out as soon as we are back."

We are currently manufacturing and packing your order.

If the seller does not have a product to sell then please dont list it as being in stock to purchase or make it known that it will be a pre-order if it needs time to be manufactured. All they give is excuses for lack of product they might or might not have.

(3/4/2025) Received email in regards to my review and merchant says "I noticed your order is still active with us and we should have that out to you in two weeks." Feels like they are using the same excuses to drag it out as long as possible when they have no product to sell.

(3/7/2025) Sent an email asking for exact date of shipping as these estimate ship dates I kept getting back are not acceptable. Got a reply back from the business in about an hour saying and I quote "It will arrive within 2 weeks. Can we get your assurance that you will remove the review or turn it into positive? Due to our policies, we technically can’t fulfill your orders if you have a dispute or a negative review against us."

Business is trying to blackmail me by not fulfilling my order unless negative review is removed or changed to 5 stars. Who runs a business model like this?

(3/10/2025) Sent follow up email asking for proof/link of where it says in the policy that they will not fulfill orders due to negative feedback and I was not able to find such policy on their website (none was provided in email reply). I also made known that they can not hold my order hostage as I expressed my freedom of speech in a review. You cant use my review against me, and not fulfill my order.

(3/12/2025) Business filed a dispute to trustpilot claiming my review is not real and my review was removed. "niftycity.shop has flagged your review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience."

After providing order confirmation and email chain my review has be reinstated and verifed.

(3/17/2025) Items ordered was finally delivered.

Overall experience with this business for the past 3 months is completely not worth the time, trouble, and effort. Anyone reading this review just understand what you will be getting into when trying to deal with shipping delays and/or blackmail. It seems that the business will spend more time and effort trying to get the negative reviews off than trying to actually fulfill the orders. I question most of the 5 star reviews on trustpilot, as they could be from bribes/blackmail or customers giving up just to get what they ordered. They went out of their way to file a false claim to get my review removed. Just be aware when spending a lot of money on their products.

For the record I have zero experience to install anything but instructions are simple enough to follow. Had an issue with one of the connector cables but was quickly resolved with their customer service who were able to respond rapidly and were precise and useful to resolve my issue. Overall would recommend.

They send me an email order is cancel on december 2nd. I will get a refund in 7 days.

More then one month since, I already sent many email or contact them with instagram.. never get an answer ! they just decid to keep my money as thief.

Yup, just like some here are concerned . . . sure enough I'm one of those that had the unit fail just over a year after install! Screen whites out and you can' see a thing. Communicated with the company and found out they don't stand behind their product unless you pay more for a service agreement. And they had attitude about trying to solve it on my own with a little help from them. Stay away from Nifty City!!!

They responded to this email and asked for more information which I sent them and . . . crickets. Didn't expect anything different from a very poor service oriented company.

I got for a Tesla style head unit for my 370z and I absolutely love it! I have had it for a few years now and I have had NO issues. I am also impressed with their customer service. I have messaged them with questions once or twice and they are very responsive and helpful. I can wait to see what new products they come out with.

I have the 370z tesla car play screen for over 2 years now and I love it! I could never go back to anything else.

The customer service is excellent and always replies in a timely manner. There was a few minor problems (backup cam connection, phone connection) over my 2 year period and they really take the time to talk with you to troubleshoot and find a solution swiftly!

I love the many features of this tablet but the top favorites for me are the customization, bluetooth carplay connetion, huge screen for the backup camera, abilities to watch youtube/use the web, and the amount of compliments i get of how good it looks in the car!

I am a strong supporter of nifty city and I highly recommend them to all my car friends. The brand, the quality and the tech is unmatched to anything that is on the market right now. To top it off with friendly, knowledgeable customer service you got the whole package. You are missing out if you don't get one of these in your car!!

Product does what it says it will do! Shipped to Melbourne very quick!!! And I needed help with instal and the team was very responsive!! Also as a chick I installed with my sister and we smashed it so any girls considering to purchase go for it install is easy!! I purchased a screen for my jeep grand Cherokee and I was so pleased with what I got. I originally had issues with my uconnect and once I saw a Niftycity ad, I thought to check it. Thankfully I got exactly what I wanted and for a really affordable price too! Their videos on YouTube also helped me install it on my own and I never looked back. I recommended it to my family and now they're getting ones. Thank you again for the help nifty!

While I was doing research for my Z, I thought the nifty tesla screen would be tacky, look out of place and hard to install. But decided to take the risk and spend the money as I saw great reviews on youtube.

It arrived in about 1.5 weeks. They also provided a digital instruction booklet with a youtube video. The install was quite straightforward as it was just plug and play. But it may be trial and error as some
plugs depend on your car model and transmission.

During the installation process, the reverse camera wasn’t working. As it was only showing a green/black screen. I then decided to email nifty support. I wish they had a phone number, but despite emailing them, they responded quite quickly even on a weekend. Luckily after waiting for a technician to become available on a working day, they assisted in ensuring it wasn’t a wiring issue. The technician also didn’t mind a video call on WhatsApp which made it way easier! Luckily just ended up being a setting issue in the tesla screen. They also helped with small questions like connecting to carplay and such. I am truly grateful for all the help they provided!

I already got tons of compliments from people who saw the tesla screen in my Z. Some also said it looks like a McLaren’s interior, screen wise. Truly transformed my interior! Looking forward to their new products in the near future!
