So, my 21yr old son installed the tesla style screen in his New to Him 2017 Infiniti QX70 and all hell broke loose in the car. Hmmmmm. He didn't read the manual that I sent to him via email prior to install and so we took everything back out, made sense of the manual and drawings as it related to the car, and then put it all back together and Voila....All good. The folks at Nifty City corresponded well to my dilemma, and they were willing to assess the the situation via pics over email, but luckily the back up and punt moved worked great. So, thanks for being available....!!

These guys were awesome! Got my order really fast and came packaged really well. I ordered the Digital Cluster, Tesla-Style Screen, and Back Up Camera for my 2014 Chevy Silverado. I let a local installer do the installation and he had everything completed in about 45 minutes! This upgrade is totally worth every penny and I'm going to telling all my friends.

Prompt response to questions in email, shipping arrived within dates provided. Kit seems to work so far but instructions are a bit unclear at times

Nifty City is Technically a very good product and integrates seamlessly with factory fitted Audio System.
I would recommend the Advanced version for clients who plan to watch videos as well, else the standard is good enough for Apple Car play or Android based latest Audio experience.

Sold me a dongle Carlinkit CPC200-Autokit (the oldest version) at $500. I found it was sold online for $55. Completely useless device and unhelpful response from staff member.

The product promises lots but falls flat in all areas. It's software is clunky and slow. Installation is confusing at best and customer service is absolutely terrible. And most of all the return process is highway robbery with an over priced restock fee for a product that was faulty right out of the box.

Works great. I was having a phone connection issue and Nifty City responded quickly. Turns out it was "user error", but they were kind about it. :)

Had an issue with Car Play connecting. One email to the shop and they responded almost immediately with a resolution. A1 service indeed!!!

Installed this myself in my 2014 Nissan GTR Black and honestly it was pretty simple. It took about 90 minutes from start to finish. The unit works great and keeping all OEM parts and screen. It works great. I would certainly recommend this to others.

Love the new Tesla screen on my Infiniti q40 it was a little hard to install for me since it was my first time doing something like that but with the customer service I was able to figure everything out would recommend

Product arrived on time and in perfect condition, install was easier than it looked - but you definitely need to throroughly read the instructions, watch the videos, and understand that there are some slight differences depending on the year and model that you have. When I ran into some issues, I contact customer support and they got back to me IMMEDIATELY and resolved all of my issues in 1 email!
Extremely excited about this awesome new upgrade! It looks amazing and definitely just took the interior of this car to the next level. Thank you Nifty City!

The Tesla style screen in my 2020 Ecoboost has been so much fun to interact with. It is one of the absolute best electronics I've ever purchased.

Great service. Got a CarPlay upgrade for my Nissan GTR. Customer service was fantastic. Instant response,I asked lot of questions and they help me out for every single one. Only I think the problem is the price,for a software upgrade cost me $2500AUD,I hope u guys can have a better price and quality service for public

The best My screen not only gave the looks needed for my interior but enhanced my audio?!?! 10/10 in love with my nifty city screen

It did take a long time to ship, however, Nifty City was great about communicating the delays. They even refunded the shipping and included some free internal programming to help offset the delay, which was a standup thing to do. Also more importantly, they were great about communicating. They responded to emails typically in no more than a day, which is huge when you have already paid for a product and months later it hadn’t shipped yet. As for my 370Z Tesla screen, it was worth the wait and works flawlessly. Really updated the whole feel of the interior. I can’t recommend it enough, if you are thinking about buying one, do it.
