The trousers I bought was XXL in size but was far too small when it arrived. It will cost €5 to return it. I’m disappointed as I usually have a good experience with Nicola Ross products. The sizing was all wrong in this pants.

Hi Noreen,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that the XXL trousers you received were not the fit you expected, especially as you’ve previously had a good experience with Nicola Ross products.
We understand how disappointing it is when the sizing isn’t consistent, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience and additional return cost this has caused. We take feedback like this seriously and will pass your comments on to our team so we can review the sizing of this particular style.
We truly appreciate your continued support and hope we can provide you with a better experience in the future.
