Lovely dresses and style
Lovely dresses and style. Only issue I had was returning one of the dresses I ordered as it didn't suit. I live in Northern Ireland and had to pay £12-00 return postage which I feel is excessive and will deter me from ordering any future purchases unfortunately.
Response from Retailer to my review unacceptable it's their responsibility to offer a fair returns policy and cost for all customers. Maybe not interested in repeat business.

Hi Janet,
Thank you so much for your lovely comments about our dresses and style — we really do appreciate it.
We’re so sorry the dress you returned wasn’t quite right for you, and we completely understand your disappointment with the return postage cost. Unfortunately, postal charges from Northern Ireland are set by the postal provider and are outside our control.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us, and we will certainly take your comments on board.
