I am very disappointed with my experience. The wig I received was not the same wig that was advertised and ordered. The style did not match the product photos, including the middle-part design, which was one of the main reasons I chose it.

When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged my concerns but repeatedly offered only small partial refunds instead of providing a satisfactory resolution. I was also informed that returning the item would require expensive international shipping, even though the package was delivered through a U.S. shipping location.

I made several attempts to resolve the issue fairly and even proposed a reasonable compromise, but we were unable to reach an acceptable solution.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again. I encourage potential buyers to carefully review the return policy and understand the return process before placing an order.

If there is a zero to give, I will give a Zero. I spent my hard-earned money to place an order here. I never received my item. I have sent an average of 12 messages to them to ask what happened to my order, and I kept getting an auto-reply. I have even asked for a refund, and no reply. This company is simply a fraud!. I would not recommend.

1. I received only 3 of the hair I orderd and I orderd 4.

2. Three of the same hairstyles

3. The quality is not human hair but plastic.

4. By opening the packaging the hair is already falling out.

This is really bad quality and fake hair... i paid extra for the shipping paid extra for the wig too be full and nothing of the above which showed on your website looks like wat I received..

I request a full refund

If I could I would give them zero star, don't waste your money buying from this website. I'm kicking myself for buying before reading the reviews, the reviews don't lie nor are three exegerated, the wigs are horrible. As soon I received mine I threw them in the bin, horrible looking synthetic wigs nothing like the pictures.

Ordered in May and never received today is 5 months

Number 1) it took about a month to receive my package.
Number 2) I ordered three (3) different types of wigs, but all of them were the same.
Number 3) I ordered one (1) Wig curly another one a bob look, and the last one was like a Jerry curl.

Im totally disappointed with this company. I will never order any products from this company. My only mistake was not reading the reviews before placing my orders.

Terrible quality. Cheap looking. Looks synthetic. If you want to waste your money, go ahead and buy from them. Spent almost $58.00. Got back a refund of $5.00 and generously advised to keep the terrible wigs !

The items they sell do match the descriptions, pictures and videos on the site. They have a posted policy that they will pay for return shipping and refund the custom when items received are not as described or the wrong item. They refused to honor this and were only willing to give me back $10 on at $75 purchase. Terrible customer service, Terrible products.
