What a bunch

What a bunch! Do yourself a massive favour and steer clear. Still waiting to have my money refunded, doubt I’ll ever see it again!
The traders all sound aggressively alike and are unpleasant to deal with, becoming angry if you dare suggest you want your cash. Unregulated, unpleasant, unethical and probably crooked.

Untrustworthy Experience

When I asked where Nextrade were based and registered, as I struggled to find out any company information online (Nextrade in Clearwater, California liquidated so has another Nextrade in Switzerland) I was met with unhelpful and rude responses.

As the call progressed I was feeling more uncomfortable about the legitimacy of their service. When I queried the email addresses used in the email which I asked the financial advisor (Chris Jones) to send me he equipped that he was not an IT expert so I tried again to understand where Nextrade were based as they did not look as though their company was based in the UK, US or any European location. However Chris was sounding more irate with each h query I had around the legitimacy of their company.

I tried to explain that before I was going to trade any of my personal money I would like to have more confidence in who I was dealing with and that I would like a refund of the €190 I transferred on registration to establish my account with them, he advised me that a finance person would be in touch and abruptly hung up.

I had a missed call so tried calling back to learn it didn't accept incoming calls. The whole phone and email experience has left me doubting that this is a legit business.

avoid…..........

EDITED - NOT REGISTERED WITH FCA - Financial Conduct Authority!!! Reported to Action Fraud and FTA in the UK - Crime Ref number given. And reported to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau. This is not a trusted Financial site - they did not want to know initially where my funds came from - but when I requested a refund they were all over me with T&C's - no £ has been refunded via Nextrade. They said I had to give them my passport and personal details - any ligitimate company would ask for those upfront as per £ laundering rules.

AI and Cryto - I apparently made $52 - I just wanted my initial investment back which they refused to issue.

Calls from Pablo Ruiz - Philip James - and finally
Dieter Trurowski - their legal person - but if you check linkedin - He's a banker - but not the photo they have of DT (quite a distinctive name) - the photo they give is an Efi Nave - an Israeli lawyer.

If you want to invest - do it with a registered company, check them out, make sure they are real.

Seems like a lot of maybe not real reviews have popped up since I posted mine bad one. This is not a lie - it's fact - I have call records, screen shots and emails to prove all this.

13 calls in one day - Very rude return calls, abusive and swear language used to me - told they record their calls and they have transcripts of all calls - then they can listen back and hear I was not able to read any T&Cs - that goes straight to a 404 error page as does the refund policy - so how can I read them- now a barrage of calls - 13 calls in total today from them and a voicemail. re this post from the legal team. Allover a refund. And how this review is damaging to them!

I have not been able to check any T&C's I asked Dieter in legal for them and he refused - so that says a lot. Been told I have 48 hours to remove this post or face legal proceedings. I have contacted my legal team too.

If i could of given them a zero rating…

If i could of given them a zero rating i would have. They are literally stealing peoples money. they are telloing people that they are auditing and they will recieve their money, but they do9nt ever return it. my account with them has been frozen with no explanation no warning whatsoever. they wont respond to me on the only place that there is to contact them is a telegram page under the name @lotoyadowney63050 that doesnt return you request let alone anser me about my account. also they claim to be SEC approved and regulated here in the united states well upon further investigation they aren't at either one. i decided because i had some crypto currency left on there to go ahead and try to withdrawal that. well it was only 40 and they said they required 100 to withdrawal so i traded with it last night and made 172.00 and tried withdrawing it and wouldn't ya know they froze that also. this place is a joke and i dont recommend anyone using because they are a fraud. I am in the process of reporting them to the FTC and the SEC
