Nexo is one of the best platforms and paying the highest interest rates. Trustworthy and safe. customer support are friendly and cooperative. Their app is very well designed and quick.

The Company Delivers on its Lending platform. The Tying up of Collateral across different assets means I'm not getting a savings interest on crypto associated with the load but it may be their helping to reduce the Loon amount? Im not certain. But all in all a good experience, Hope to role over my loan so I don't loos my asset and get the Tax saving benefit from lending.Ive follewed Nexo for 7 years Its software User interface has improved eg. to swop between a Desk top to a Cell phone to Take Pictures works well now.

Despite publicly announcing they would offer individual assistance on this matter, they have lied and not done so. I keep getting bounced around different random customer care 'operators' as usual. I don't think I have had the same randomly generated name twice!
They even responded to this complaint using the wrong email address - a clear breach of customer confidentiality.
As a result they keep making inconsistent, nonsensical requests for biometric private information when they have nothing to verify against and/or I am unable to complete. When asked for their account recovery procedure so I can read exactly what they are asking for, they cannot produce it.
They have deliberately obfuscated a simple verification process EVERY other financial institution seems capable of doing so as to keep me from accessing my funds.

Long term Nexo user review (5+ years). After Nexo constantly change the way you 'earn' interest and their degenerating generally awful mobile app, I decided to cash in and call it a day.

Unbeknown to me the secure email address I used to setup the account had been closed due to lack of use. Nexo require you to pass numerous excessive 'security' systems to move or withdraw funds, and one of these is e-mail verification. Since this is now impossible, I tried to log in as normal and change my e-mail address. This cannot be done without extremely disproportionate biometric 'verification' which is not part of their Ts&Cs and I am unable to complete.

Despite me offering Nexo multiple methods of verifying my identity their AI chat bot help desk refuses to engage in sensible discord, so I am now left with having to take legal action to access my account. A terrible way to treat a long term customer!

Nexo claim to take their security very seriously, so much so that even authorised account holders cannot get into it.

BE VERY AWARE once these people have your money they make it very hard for you to take it out again. Not your keys, not your money.
