I made several errors in completing the required sign-in information and committed errors working with Mark during an extremely long session trying to determine why I had trouble signing in to my account. Mark was extremely patient working thru the steps necessary and thru his persistence and over the top determination to solve the errors that I was making both on the phone and online, finally succeeded in ed in helping me get the job done. I would like to compliment him for his exemplary knowledge and patience in helping overcome what seemed insurmountable difficulties with this task. Kudos!!

As a new customer to any bank, it feels wonderful to be welcomed -- even in this new technology-filled (and sometimes challenged) world.
It's nice to know there's a real-live human behind the wheel (or computer keyboard) for a person who has managed to survive rotary-dialed phones for many of his years. No AI will EVER replace a human being!! Ja'Kira (as I'm sure many others there) at Newtek saw to that at just all being a part of the job.
This is the kind of service that allows me to continue banking here for a long time.

I’m a brand new Newtek customer and needed help. After a rather long wait and several attempts to talk to a customer service representative, I was taken aback by the customer care and professionalism I received from Jordan J. He was patient, knowledgeable, and understanding of my frustrations as I had unsuccessfully tried to make a transfer to my savings account with Newtek and to no avail, He explained to me the 3-day wait and why the system wouldn’t allow me to make a same-day transfer while making me aware of other faster options for said transfer. We also went over the accounts (CD, Savings) and made sure everything was set up as I intended it to be. Jordan is to be commended for his patience, knowledge but mostly for the way he treats customers. It was a pleasure doing business with Newtek.

Newtek Bank is offering the highest APY 4.20% on a 9 month CD. So I opened a new CD. I wanted to add beneficiaries to my CD. I submitted my request in a Message. The next day, I received a reply from Ja'Kira. She had submitted the request to add beneficiaries to my account.

New to Newtek bank. Just opened a cd account. one of the main reasons that I decided on Newtek was the free wire transfers and that an account could be done in as little as 20 min. I liked the way my transaction was handled from start to finish. I was very comfortable with the process all the way through. Now the negative part. There was not an easy way on their application for my wife as co applicant. The only way was to finish with my name only and apply for her name to be used later, which I did. Not a big deal but that was troubling. The big rub was the free wire transfer that was advertised and that I was expecting turned out to be snail slow ACH. That banking ploy cost me $83.84 in interest. When something is advertised, it should proceed as advertised. Considering filing a dispute with EFTA.
I just received a call from Newtek and they assured me that I would receive the lost interest and that interest starts from day 1 no mater wire transfer or ach. I am revising the rating from 3 star to 5 star because they got back to me right away. Excellent response to my problem.
