Please do not buy from them. I spent 1 month communicating with them for the return of my money since I cancelled the order. Frustrating experience and so far I have not received my money back.

The order takes too long to be delivered and Newpharma does not take the responsibility to contact the transport/delivery company (this has happened even before Covid). They just answer the parcel has been sent to the delivery company! In the meantime they received the payment of the order. NO responsibility taken towards the client.

Poor return handle
Ordered in regular bases from the website but last time the website added products to my shopping bag that i didn't select. They were suggestions based on previous search selection. Those products were delivered, i had to return them and pay for the cost. Then Newpharma said they can't check if the received them and don't want to refund my money. I find from them a very unprofessional way of handling the situation. Specially with a loyal customer. Never will buy on this website again.
