Some online shops do absolutely EVERYTHING to get high in google search as "cheapest" online.
So does this shop, they offer the cheapest price (see picture) But soon when you want to pay you see something strange. First shipping 3,95. Ok this i understand, its a small buy. But then!! they up the price again with 3,95!! And call it "toeslag". Another scam to get customers in your webshop. But i dont think those are "buying" customers, i didnt!

Unnaceptable experience with…
Unnaceptable experience with supplements EXPIRED and MISSING items in 2 orders.
I have recently placed 2 orders of supplements with this company. First order arrived with one supplement expired, four about to expire and the others with different best before dates advised by customer agents on the chat at the moment of purchase. We are abroad and always ask for the information to avoid this misunderstanding. Once we contacted them to offer us a solution they did not apologized for the mistake made and we found their responses rude and arrogant as always and they did not admit their mistakes. The other order arrived with supplements missing and expired.
All above, I am really unhappy with my experience because what kind of company has expired supplements in its warehouse to dispatch to customers?, just a joke of company like this online retailer. About the other order, I have already been in touch with them and they DO NOT WANT TO ISSUE A REFUND.
UPDATE. Regarding your comments below, you have NOT issued a refund as yet ( it's been more than 2 weeks now) arguing that with the paypal dispute opened your system does not allow this and requesting that I must close the dispute for you to refund. I am not going to close the paypal dispute as obviously I do not trust you. You have all the information to reimburse the money right away (which is possible even with the dispute) otherwise I will take further actions to get my money back.

Het lijkt mij fair als jullie het volledige verhaal vertellen en niet alleen maar proberen de schuld bij de klant te leggen. Ik heb met jullie een afspraak gemaakt dat het pakketje opgehaald kon worden, echter zijn jullie nooit komen opdagen op deze datum en tijdstip en krijg ik bijna een week later een mail dat het door ziekte niet was gelukt, en dan nu de schuld bij mij neer leggen?... Daarnaast heb ik nooit om een 2e pakketje gevraagd (ik heb meerdere malen aangegeven bij de cs medewerker dat er geen extra pakketje verzonden hoeft te worden, hoe kan het dat jullie dan niet naar de klant luisteren en toch een pakketje opsturen?), ben dan ook benieuwd hoe ik de afspraak met jullie gemaakt kan hebben contact op te nemen als het eerste pakketje nog geleverd zal worden?
