Contacted this company only to hear them tell us they had to be the only company to hold the title on our home for a loan. They give a big speech how their “captains or commanders” are there to help the military families. Not really!!! They wanted us to let them charge us an interest rate of 6.???
When we have a 2.4 loan on our home when I said that that “deal” didn’t even make sense. So I was told he was deleting our loan since we wouldn’t play their way. We are BOTH veterans and can 100% say this company is NOT working for the military families! Don’t recommend this company and will not use them !!!!

That’s really WORSE that you can’t figure out who WAS giving us bad help. Joseph Busher was directly from YOUR OFFICES. No need for us to contact your “OFFICE” again. We contact Freedom Mortgage and THEY were amazing!!!!!

Representatives were friendly, knowledgeable and the process could not have been easier. The refinance lowered our payment which was our goal.

Over all it was eady to understand.

The whole experience was very smooth and the closing was easy. I would definitely recommend other veterans to use this service.

Everything went well up to closing. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my funds due to me at closing. I had plans with those funds now my life is on hold.

We spoke with Matt first who transferred us to Lee Dawson, who showed us so much Disrespect and kept bullying and over talking us to refinance from our 3.25% interest rate to a much HIGHER interest rate . When we started the conversation and several times during the conversation we specifically told him we did not want to refinance our first Mortgage. We will only do a home equity loan. He continued to push and argue with us even as we told him we were not willing to do that and tried to nicely say goodbye. We had to wind up hanging up on him, which stressed me really bad as we were raised to not be rude. Then he called back!! My husband is a 100% disabled combat Veteran, Lee knows this yet continued to push and bully. He says his company is back 100% by the VA. So according to him the VA is approving his bullying tactics against Veterans and their families. I will be contacting them next to file a complaint. I DO NOT ever recommend this company and advise against them. I would give zero stars if possible!!
