Makayla is my lifesaver!! I frantically purchased tickets in the middle of a nasty Texas storm with the power flickering in and out. In my frazzled state, I apparently typed the wrong email addres... See more

Kevin fixed my issue almost instantly, and was incredibly helpful and kind all along the way. Kevin W for the win!
Very quick replier and nice person and helpful!
The AXS rep (Makayla J) was very helpful in explaining what was needed to answer my request. The rep completely understood what I wanted. This matter was handled in a reasonable amount of time.
I purchased a meet and greet for an artist and was refunded my money a day before without a good reason why unsatisfied
Frequently the app does not work to access my tickets causing significant delays at the venue entrance. I have been purchasing much less concert tickets and sporting events tickets than I used too, about 90% less, because I know that if the axs app is used, I will have problems and delays entering the venue almost every time and that sucks.
Great help from Tasha c!!! Saved my Coachella tickets!!
Would give this site minus 100 stars if I could. Like many others, whilst travelling I only have data and not mobile access. Bought tickets to see a show in Nashville whilst on holiday in USA. Tickets on AWS app which I've used before in the UK. Can't log in on just email verification, it insists on both emails and mobile text verification despite also having biometrics turned on. Contacted online chat - useless. Had to turn on my very expensive mobile text e SIM, to find I can't even screenshot the ticket QR code for the event as they renew every 59 seconds! So after incurring great cost today, still have to turn on again at great cost tomorrow for event. I can access my bank accounts and make payments - but can't access tickets to a concert! Absolute rubbish and wish I had not bothered to book this event - cost me an extra £20 on top of the tickets. Not impressed.
Makayla J was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process!
Kevin W. was great and very helpful. Unlike the first person I chatted with, he actually answered all of my questions. Kevin W. gets 5 stars.
AXS however gets 1 star. I was unable to purchase a ticket for a concert due to an issue with the security protection which flags random customers as bots. By the time I got out of fake bot jail no more tickets were available. When I asked if anything is done for customers who are impacted by this, the answer was no. I find this policy wild, as the negative experience was wholly due to an issue with AXS' system.
The only reason this isn't zero stars is because Kevin W. was really awesome.
Stacy did well in helping me send out a request to exchange my seats for closer seats and hope the request can be accepted! She was very polite and prompt.
Kevin was very helpful and the next steps I needed to take were very clear. He quickly resolved my issue and I could see my tickets. Would highly commend him!
I bought tickets onlinea month or more ago for Davis Byrne at Stanford for April 16th, last night. I got a message they were transferred to AXS. I checked a week ago to be sure...OK, I've used them before and ticket was there. Last night about 3 hours before the show I tried logging in, "bad username or password" huh? I have password manager. OK, forgot password, click. email came to reset. I reset my passwood. "Password Updated" Went to sign in again... "bad username or password"..WTF...Tried a reset again. I did this a couple of times, finally got to a 2FA page, got the code, entered it, seemed to accept it, then a page popped up..."you requested to reset your password. WHAT THE F***!!! Went around with that a couple of times, 2.5 hours until the show and I would like to have some dinner. Ok, uninstall and reinstall the app. Same shit happening, Shutdown and restart my phone......Still the same shit. 2 hours to show. OK live chat....I typed a brief explanation of the situation.....most of you know how chat works....."20 people are ahead of you" I spent 10-15 minutes waiting, well not waiting. I typed all the steps and results I had done already. Kevin W. comes online, again I briefly explain what is going on, he tells me to try a few things, I already did but try again. Same results. Please hold on a few minutes.......Of course I am getting a little stressed at this time. I spent almost #400 for the ticket and was very excited for the show! Kevin W. got back to me with a fairly lengthy instructions that "must be followed exactly" The first part was for an iphone....I'm android and he never asked. Ah instructions for Android. I was a bit stressed at that point and not thinking clearly, hey I am in my 70s and while ok with tech, it happens. Not sure of the actual order of steps he gave me (cut and paste I am sure) Uninstall and reinstall the app....OK, again. The next step I should have thought about more...."Go to Chrome settings and delete history for all time" I did not realize what I had done until I tried to access a regular news site I subscribe to.....asking for my login??? All my cookie preferences wiped out....The most suspicious part was to close Chrome and reopen. Of course this also closed the chat window and covered Kevin W.'s & AXS's tracks. Getting totally flustered at this point my partner said "lets get a beer and chill" Good idea. We went out, had a beer while I worked again. "Try it on my phone" he said. Installed the app, logged in with my credentials...BINGO! It worked first time. Tried a screenshot, they don't allow that. Took a photo, the read the caption QR code regenerates every ? seconds. We exchanged phones so I could get in. I hate using others phones, I want my own. As I am standing in line to get in, the show started. No first act as I expected. I missed the first 2 songs outside the venue and the next song I was manuevering to my seat, in the darkened amphitheater. I have a Samsung Android phone, maybe 2 years old. All updates are on auto. I use Chrome. I also use Bitdefender....Very happy with the security and yes the VPN was turned off. My partner does not use Bitdefender. That is the main difference between the 2 phones, ok, his is newer. Does AXS try to put something on your phone? Although te app worked fine a week or so earlier.
I was in a panick about an account I oepend using a bad email address, the representaitve Kyle was quick to understnad my issue and help resolve
