I have been a client of New Cavendish Jewellers for nearly 35 years. In all that time their service has been excellent. The Shah family are exceptional in their customer care. I have always valued their recommendations and advice concerning both purchases and repairs.

They have done a great job repairing two pieces of jewelry and providing valuations for insurance policies. They’re always very professional and do top quality work.

Had a stone reset, they did a fantastic job, explained exactly what was involved, took the time to hide a small chip so the ring looks better than when it came in. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Jitesh’s knowledge, experience and clear love for his job and the product he sells made the experience of purchase so much more personable and significant. This kind of experience is rare nowadays so it was refreshing ! Could not recommend Cavendish Jewellers more and a place we will definitely be returning to in the future.
