I was looking for a personal loan to consolidate my debt, as the letter provided stated I was prequalified to receive one. However, I learned that a personal loan was not the immediate solution being offered. Instead, I was directed toward a debt settlement program, which I quickly realized was not the right option for my situation.

After submitting my cancellation request, the representative assigned to my account communicated in a way I found unprofessional, mixing factual information with personal opinions and judgments that I felt were unnecessary.

During the enrollment process, I was asked by the representative to leave a 5-star review, and I felt pressured to do so before moving forward. While I cannot speak to their intent, the timing of the request made me uncomfortable and left me feeling that my service experience was tied to providing a positive review.

Overall, while this program may be helpful for some people, it was not the right fit for me. My biggest concern was the way my cancellation was handled and the professionalism of the communication I received afterward.

My experience with New Capital Financial was grateful and helped me out alot financially, took a burden off my shoulder.My mom passed away in February, and had alot of loans out to bury her, the solution was to pay off all the small ones , but Mr.Gary Hill was able to take the big one away and plus knock down my payment by almost 150 cheaper and the payoff in lesser years and the rate percent was low, I want to thank Mr. Gary Hill for helping me get the help I needed, and walked me through the loan and answered all my questions I had, even when I was in hesitant,and almost started to cry and assured me they were liget.The service was awesome, If I had to send people out for a loan , I would send to New Capital Financial, Thank you Mr.Gary Hill
