Wrong Size of Shoes Sent

I bought size 44 shoes online. I received size 45 shoes. Firstly, I needed to waste time for the error of New Balance to send the shoes back. Secondly, I wanted to have the size 44 shoes but I couldn't buy because it wasn't available anymore online. I got penalised and I expected the substitution of the shoes instead of the reimbursement of the money that I paid. It was a low quality of service which I wouldn't expect from New Balance. And I asked them to take full responsibility for the inconvenience and send me the right shoes. They declined to do so... New Balance Online provides very bad service and Low Quality Client Assistance.
