Just had another 10 pieces delivered. All stunning. They look really expensive and so different and unusual. Love them all. The shipping was just over a week so not too bad.

I am very very disappointed with their service. It's been two months now I have purchased product from them. I have returned two of the products still didn’t get the refund. They have sent me an email about confirming the have received the product after I have sent them several emails.
That not very nice customers service. Never gonna buy again. I rate it minus.

I've been purchasing jewellery from Nevaeh for a couple of years now and I love every item i own. Their pricing is reasonable and there are so many pieces to choose from, choices are many.
I havent had any issues with my items and they are just as good as the day I received them.
I had to return two rings recently for an exchange but that was because I got the wrong sizing. Return process was simple; a form submission, selecting the preferred method of return and sending back. They received the items back within 48 hours and their communication has been continuous throughout the process.
I highly recommend Nevaeh and I hope everyone's experience is just as good as mine 😊

The quality of the jewellery and the price. This is the first time I am ordering but have used the jewellery before as well as my friend had gifted me from Niveah and I love it. Also the packaging is so cute and fancy.
I really love to do experiment on jewellery and Niveah provides the best options also there sales are so good. The process is very much affordable and also the quality. The quality on this price is amazing.

Ordered 5 bracelets , 3 didn't clip together so I cant wear then.
Quality front my experience from this company isn't great.
Been back and forth for the last 3 weeks requesting replacements.
I wouldn't use company again .
